A few days ago, in the heating season, I left a lighter on a pellet boiler. After a phone agreement with Mr. Kolar on Friday sent me a new lighter, on Saturday ems mail arrived and again heating. Thank you very much for the super approach.

I consider pellet boilers from KADRIA as the absolute top. The gentlemen helped me very much with my problem at the family house and took away the old boiler, installed the new boiler and even explained how to operate it. And I'm a woman!

The initial installation of the boiler by Kadria began in February 2014. The boiler was not finished, unfortunately the company did not have a heating engineer in the Šluknov promontory, she did not call for help anywhere. Years of writing and asking you to complete the installation so that the boiler will not work. Because the heater was external, even though organized by Cadria, I was unlucky. No guarantee, no completion and delivery of the finished order. For the next 6 years and still new attempts by several heating engineers who said that the wiring system was different from what they knew and they failed to optimize it. The boiler was heating and heating, consumption even 5 bags a day, the heat disappeared somewhere, it didn't get into the heating. Everyone told me to come and regulate it and do the original company, but Kadria is not interested. 2019 complete redesign of the entire system by another company. Carving everything, complete reconstruction of the boiler room. All that remained was a boiler and a water tank. Finally, everything worked. For years, Mr. Kolář wanted to explain to me over the phone how to reconnect, relocate, I demanded the connection and adjustment of the boiler so that it worked and not the instructions over the phone. The step to remake everything was the last despair, to pay everything again, everything again. It finally worked! Unfortunately thanks to another company! 2020 need to replace the tube in the heater. In January 2021, as part of a detour to customers, Mr. Kolář came in person to replace the pipe. The order to replace the pipe turned out as follows: He moved the burner and the control panel completely in the boiler room. He took out the fireclay from inside, without which the combustion chamber broke down. Result: The heating was tarred, burning black as if we were heating with coal, consumption again and from 4 bags a day, hopelessness again, the company that remodeled everything after Kadria in 2019 said that Mr. Kolář and Kadria would come and put it in order when they moved everything. But: Kadria and Mr. Kolář have not reacted at all again since January 2021, they are ignoring the ultimatum on the heating tax again, was it intentional sabotage? Is it a coincidence that after 7 years, when there was no chance to convince Kadria to send technicians, Mr. Kolář put the boiler in order to finally work, appeared, and thanks to another company, the finally functioning boiler totally split up and sabotaged? Nothing since buying a house has cost us as much nerves, money and time, worries, sleepless nights as the Kadria boiler! We are desperate, we do not understand how it is possible for the company to destroy customers in this way, we do not know where to turn, lawsuits and lawsuits, anything will not give us back the time or money and especially the nerves we have gone through so many years thanks to Kadria. All we wanted was a working boiler! Now, after 8 years, we will solve everything from scratch. Find a company that will make a boiler and a boiler room. New. Mr. Kolář's sabotage completely finished the boiler. Lessons for maybe next time. And for others !!!! Bergholz New Count
