Pan Svoboda se synem k nám jezdí několik let. Měnil nám kotel, na jiném zase dělal opravy, včetně servisů a vše v pořádku. DOPORUČUJI!!
Mr. Svoboda and his son have been coming to us for several years. He changed our boiler, made repairs on another, including services, and everything was fine. I RECOMMEND!!

DO NOT work with them I had a problem with my boiler and I called Kotlerevize s.r.o. They first told me that he was 100 Km from where I lived so he would charge me 1,000 Kc to come and see me (Im actually only 30 Km). I told them it was ok and if he can look at the pictures and video of the problem. Then after he saw the pictures they said it will be 8,000 Kc, that I need to pay in advance (he will send me and invoice) and then he will come the following Monday when I told him that its was too long to be without a boiler he said that he could come Thursday or Friday that he had to order a piece that he had to replace. It sounded like a big scam. After further online research I solved the problem myself by resetting the system and talking to another supplier who said I need to add water to the boiler. It's not professional to be charging someone for a replacement piece without not even checking the boiler and in this case for something that could be solved very easily. ........... Nejprve mi řekly, že je 100 km (jsem 30 km) od mého bydliště, takže mi bude účtovat 1 000 Kč, abych za mnou přijel. Řekla jsem mu, že je to v pořádku a jestli se může podívat na obrázky a video, jak to ukazuje problém. Poté, co viděl obrázky, řekl, že to bude 8 000 Kč, že musím zaplatit předem (pošle mi a fakturu) a pak přijde následující pondělí, když jsem mu řekla, že je to příliš dlouho na to, abych byl bez a kotle řekl, že by mohl přijít čtvrtek nebo pátek, že musí objednat kus, který musí vyměnit. Zní to jako velký podvod. Po dalším online průzkumu jsem problém vyřešila sáma resetováním systému a promluvou s jiným dodavatelem, který řekl, že potřebuji doplnit vodu do kotle. Tento dodavatel přijede příští týden, aby provedl kompletní servis. Není profesionální někomu účtovat náhradní kus bez toho, aniž bys nezkontroloval kotel a v tomto případě za něco, co by se dalo velmi jednoduše vyřešit.
