Milé překvapení pro mne tedy bylo, když během několika hodin jsem získal nabídku a první volný termín za den. Dohoda byla milá, rychlá a řemeslníci, kteří fyzicky přišli taktéž. Srovnání ceny nemám. Příště už hledat nebudu a volám přímo Vám. Děkuji za pomoc i zákaznický přístup. This company was the 4th I contacted due to the forced repair of the gas pipe (revision result). The three previous companies did not even bother to answer. So it was a nice surprise for me when I got an offer and the first free date of the day within a few hours. Nejvíc na celé spolupráci cením průběžnou transparentní komunikaci, která udržovala i přes předpokládané komplikace vždy pořádek v tom co očekávat, což mi přijde jako naprostá rarita ve stavebních projektech. Měli jsme komplikovanou instalaci topení, ostatní firmy nám to nechtěli udělat ale v Kotmel se toho nebáli a vyměnili nám topení na jedničku. Moc děkujeme. Nejlepší instalatéři!! In the beginning Mr Kotmel insisted on providing excellent protection for my furniture during the works, which made me feel confident about letting his men work during my absence. I was regularly informed about the progress of the work. Decisions concerning some technical details were well explained. There was intense and swift communication and coordination with myself but also with other craftsmen who had work to do in the apartment at the same time. I was well advised on choosing among different alternatives for the equipment. The work was completed a few days ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is excellent.
