★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost Kotram s.r.o. rozhodně nedoporučujeme. Kouřovod kamen není normovaný, tudíž běžný kouřovod na něj nepasuje a musíte si na vlastní náklady nechat vyrobit redukci. Arogantní a neprofesionální přístup k zákazníkovi. Oprávněnou reklamaci neuznali z důvodu použití nevhodného paliva (recyklované palivo), které ovšem je uvedeno jako vhodné palivo v manuálu i na jejich www stránkách. Po upozornění na to, že používáme dle jejich popisu správné palivo, tento bod ze svých www stránek okamžitě odstranili (naštěstí jsme pořídili printscreen a máme všechny materiály uložené). Kamna jsou skutečně velmi nekvalitní, po roce užívání došlo k znehodnocení jednotlivých kovových částí kamen (konkrétně zdeformovaná vnitřní spalovna kamen, horní kouřovod zdeformovaný, nefunkční elektronika – řídící jednotka po roce užívání nefunguje správně, dochází k samovolnému zapínání kamen nebo vytečení oleje mimo kamna atd.).
Reklamaci tedy nevyřídili i přesto, že je oprávněná! Kamna zabalili a bez jakékoliv opravy nebo přiložení reklamačního protokolu nám kamna zaslali zpět. Absolutně s námi nekomunikují, neotvírají datovou schránku, nereagují na dopisy našeho právního zástupce.
Tento obchod Vám nedoporučujeme, pokud nechcete všechno řešit soudně jako my.

Kotram s.r.o. definitely not recommended. The stove flue is not standardized, so a normal flue does not fit on it and you must have a reduction made at your own expense. Arrogant and unprofessional approach to the customer. They did not accept the justified complaint due to the use of unsuitable fuel (recycled fuel), which, however, is listed as a suitable fuel in the manual and on their website. After being notified that we are using the correct fuel according to their description, they immediately removed this item from their website (fortunately we bought a print screen and we have all the materials stored). The stoves are really very poor quality, after a year of use there was a deterioration of individual metal parts of the stove (specifically deformed internal stove incinerator, upper flue deformed, malfunctioning electronics - the control unit does not work properly after one year of use, the stove is switched on spontaneously ).
Therefore, they did not handle the complaint even though it is justified! They packed the stove and sent it back to us without any repairs or a complaint protocol. They do not communicate with us at all, they do not open the data box, they do not respond to the letters of our lawyer.
We do not recommend this store if you do not want to solve everything in court like us.
