★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pri prvni navsteve ksem byl nadseny pomerne sirokou nabidkou zbozi, ktere se tyka koupelen, ze jsme cekali cca 5 minut, ne se ze zazemi prodejny objevila prodavacka mi netrapilo, spis jsem byl rad, ze jsme meli klid na vyber. Zbozi jsme si prohledli a dostali jsme k zapujceni katalog. Doma jsme si vybrali, ale pri objednani jsem byl rozcarovan chovanim prodavacky, ktera nam zacala vysvetlovat, ze to nemame dobre rozvrzene a ze ona by to rozhodne udelala jinak. To mi nemile prekvapilo, jelikoz jsme nebyli ve fazi, ze by jsme se na nazor ptali, ale ve fazi objednani. Z tohoto pristupu jsme byli zaskoceni, proto jsme objednavku koupelnoveho nabidku zde nakonec neuskutecnili, ale vyresili jsme v Cimelicich a jsme velmi spokojeni. Pani prodavacce bych doporucil vice empatie a pochopeni, kdy se ptate na jeji nazor a kdy jiz jeji nazor neni zadouci.
