We searched AZ Bathrooms on the Internet and agreed on a personal meeting to create a price offer. The meeting took place in a very pleasant atmosphere, everything was clearly explained to me and I really liked the recommended solution for the new bathroom. In the next meeting in the studio, we focused on 3D design, which absolutely fascinated me, the bathroom in the palm of your hand. The construction was carried out without undue delay and I really like everything.

I was looking for a company to renovate a bathroom in a family house for my mother-senior. There was a need for a barrier-free shower and an overall practical bathroom for the elderly. I read on the AZ Bathroom website that this company has experience with similar implementations, so I contacted them. I am excited about the cooperation, understandable and clear actions from the beginning, I really had to know the practice with similar works. The reconstruction turned out great.

We have been looking for a reliable company for a long time for the reconstruction of our apartment in Litoměřice. We got to the company Koupelny AZ through acquaintances. It was a relatively unpleasant intervention for the family, so we were worried about the discomfort of living during the reconstruction. It was really not pleasant, but the result made us forget about these inconveniences… The whole apartment is (literally) like new. Housing core, kitchen, floors, doors - in addition, what is not directly visible, such as wiring. We have already passed contacts to other potential customers.

I would like to share our perfect experience with the company Koupelny AZ from Roudnice nad Labem, which we did during this year's (January-February 2022) reconstruction of the apartment. We are beginning retirees and after our son moved into his own home, we decided to completely renovate our apartment. Since we had no experience with a similar event, we decided not to look for the company on the Internet, but to seek recommendations from customers who have already completed a similar matter and have good experience with the selected company. Through a former colleague from work, I got a tip about the company Koupelny AZ. His relative with them underwent a complete renovation as well and was very pleased. Since we are from Prague, we originally wanted a Prague company, but we asked ourselves why not give a recommendation and we called them. The first phone call was about an agreement focusing on the place of implementation, which of course we just welcomed. A representative of the company, Mr. Kysilka, arrived according to the agreement and spent half a second hour with us during a thorough consultation, joint development and focus. Very rewarding meeting, everything was perfectly explained to us. According to the agreement, the price offer really arrived in the e-mail the next day. The price did not surprise us, we know what is happening in construction now. In any case, a session in the studio-showroom followed. Here, in about 3 hours, we completed the selection of all equipment and facilities (housing core components, custom kitchens, floors, doors) and then we solved the 3D design, which is a perfect affair, the customer sees his new interior perfectly. We concluded a contract for work, here we were very pleasantly surprised that no big money is required of us in advance, we only paid a CZK 5,000 deposit to reserve the deadline, which they deducted from us after the completion of the work and final invoicing. We left completely satisfied, until we almost didn't want to believe it. Only about 14 days passed from the initial contact until the signing of the contract !! We were delighted and believed that the work would take place in the same style and comfort. The work started exactly according to the contract, first we were called about a week in advance, when exactly the first day of the event will start. From the beginning, it was clear that the craftsmen have extensive experience with implementations. It was easy to negotiate and find out about the current work with everyone, and no one even wanted a beer and goulash for us (just for fun). In addition, the construction was coordinated by Mr. Ondřej Kysilka and everything went according to plan. Of course, there were also some small things that had to be solved, not by us, but by craftsmen. Everything has always been fine-tuned and even something has moved on for the better. After all, you can plan something at the table, but the "man from the foch" will give it the necessary experience. We were really quite pleasantly surprised by the approach of the craftsmen, both in the construction and the work of the carpenter, who is amazingly handy and precise. There is probably no point in describing the entire course of construction, in any case, everything took place on time according to the contract to our great satisfaction. I write above that we did not want to choose a company for reconstruction over the Internet, but to make a recommendation. We are also extremely satisfied with the recommendation of Koupelny AZ from a satisfied customer, which is why we wrote this review to inform other potential applicants that in the case of Koupelny AZ you can give information from the Internet and you do not have to worry. Finally, for the sake of interest, we contacted two companies from Prague just for price comparison, we did not see any suggestive proposal for any further action, a representative came from the other and the meeting took place in the style "I know what is best and no one he doesn't know better "and the final price was basically a third higher than from Koupelna AZ t. maybe we didn't try the right companies, but they weren't newcomers or small companies.

We are a young family with small financial reserves, but it was necessary to reconstruct our apartment core in Roudnice nad Labem. Since we know about Koupelny AZ and also know that it has been operating for quite some time, we set out with confidence to address our requirements. The helpful saleswoman took us in and arranged contact with Mr. Kysilka, who went to focus on the core and consult on its future form. The price offer is understandable, we then waited about 3 months for the implementation. Everything went perfectly, we have a beautiful new apartment core for reasonable money.

We contacted the company for the purpose of apartment reconstruction. The plan was to remove the old core and build a new bathroom, toilet and lay the floors in the kitchen and hallway. At first, everything was fine, a proposal for the entire project was prepared, the company sent a visualization and a start date was set. The whole reconstruction was to be completed in about 3 weeks, but the work was extended to weeks 7 without giving a reason. Due to the fact that the electricity and gas supply were completely redone, it was necessary to have inspection reports prepared. Here, however, the biggest problem occurred, there was no news. We were first told that the colleague in charge of the case was on leave, then he could not be reached. When he was available, he forgot to send messages. The culmination of the situation came when, after several months of phone calls, e-mails and attempts at personal delivery, the news came that the audit reports had been sent by post. We were glad that the whole situation was over, but we had no idea that although the messages were sent by post to the address of the apartment being renovated (although we provided a different correspondence address), they were addressed to a non-existent person. As a result, the post office refused to release them to us. We contacted the company on the basis of a recommendation, but we will not really recommend it further.

We used the company to implement the bathroom, kitchen and other carpentry work. At first they were very nice, they even allowed us to postpone the implementation date free of charge. Unfortunately, the implementation itself was a disaster: a very unprofessional approach, the line and its parts were assembled several times. In the studio under the "tailor-made" brand, they could not draw the lockers we wanted in the program, it is said that we will agree with the carpenter on everything. We have at least had our requirements written down, because unfortunately the carpenter has quite forgotten. When focusing, they forgot that when the refrigerator opens, it needs about 10 cm more (we have a completely bad refrigerator). The electrician forgot to stretch the circuit for the washing machine and plug in the hob. The realization itself was unprofessional (bitten edges, the wall with the line did not match, old rusted parts were used on the new cabinet in the bathroom). The number of purchased and consumed bathroom materials and their billing remains a mystery to us. In some places we had to remind ourselves several times that the work is unfinished (they left the original red tiles in hard-to-reach places in the bathroom instead of the new gray ones). We agreed with the company on some points, we exchanged a few intensive phone calls for some of them (the owner, for example, advised us not to look at the part of the kitchen when we don't like it). Before the last work, he stopped communicating with us completely and it took us a year to agree, and only thanks to the ADR instance at the CTIA, otherwise the owner did not respond to the registered letters. Overall, we rate the company as unreliable and its actions unacceptable. We recommend avoiding it with a large arc.
