Měl jsem ve čtvrtek domluvenou schůzku a paní z obchodu s omluvou odbíhala a snažila se uspokojit jiné osoby s jejich přáním. Z mé strany velké díky usměvavé obsluze a všestranné osobě. K	Kytina M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor na dodací lhůty. Ačkoliv jsem ve studiu upozornila, že na dodávku zboží spěchám a tomu i přizpůsobila výběr materiálu, aby byl skladem. Tak zboží stále nebylo vypraveno z centrálního skladu na pobočku kam potřebuji. Jsou prý inventury. Za korektní jednání bych považovala, že budu informována předem, že může dodávka zboží, které je skladem trvat i dva týdny. To, že jsou inventury a proto je toto zpoždění, jsem se dověděla až po několika urgencích. Zaměstnanci prodejny by měly být lépe informováni o možnostech dopravy a dostatečně a pravdivě informovat zákazníka. Pay attention to delivery times. Although I pointed out in the studio that I was in a hurry to deliver the goods and adapted the material selection to stock. So the goods were still not shipped from the central warehouse to the branch where I needed them. They are said to be inventories. I would consider it correct that I will be informed in advance that the delivery of goods that are in stock can take up to two weeks. The fact that there are inventories and therefore there is this delay, I found out only after several emergencies. The store's employees should be better informed about transport options and inform the customer sufficiently and truthfully.
L	Lucie Šulcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost jakou jsem kdy mohla mít. Koupili jsme byt s koupelnami Ptáček. Kvůli výběru obkladů jsme se museli dostavit na pobočku na Černém mostě 4x. Nikdo si nebyl schopen poznamenat náš výběr. Když byly koupelny hotové, chtěli jsme do nich ještě koupelnový nábytek. Na Černém mostě nebyli schopni nám cokoli ukázat nebo poradit. V pobočce na Harfě si s námi sice ochotně domluvili schůzku, na kterou jsme dorazili včas, ale bez zájmu. Čekali jsme 45 minut, bez omluvy. Může se stát, že se předchozí schůzka protáhne, nicméně patří snad k základní slušnosti říci alespoň něco. NEDOPORUČUJI The worst experience I could ever have. We bought an apartment with Ptáček bathrooms. Due to the selection of tiles, we had to go to the branch on Černý most 4 times. No one was able to note our choice. When the bathrooms were finished, we wanted bathroom furniture. They were unable to show us or advise us on the Black Bridge. At the Harfa branch, they willingly arranged a meeting with us, which we arrived on time, but without interest. We waited 45 minutes, without apology. It may happen that the previous meeting lasts, but perhaps it is a basic decency to say at least something. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
