★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na vanu jsem čekal přes 3 měsice a když přišla tak bez nohou a lišet, neustále to se mnou řešil jiný člověk, a když se to konečně po opět 2 měsících vyřešilo tak to po mě chtěli opět zaplatit což už jednou placený bylo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touto pobočkou Koupelny Ptáček jsem byl velice spokojený. Slečna Polesná a její kolega jsou velmi ochotní a obětaví. K mé spokojenosti zařídili vše co jsem potřeboval. Kolegové z oddělení doplňků take poradili ohledně rmatur aj. Za sebe mohu říct, že je to dobrá prodejna s fajn lidmi a i nadále zde budu rád nakupovat. Showroom ohledně baterií, umyvadel, toalet aj. Je dostačující a zbytek v obsáhlém katalogu vše jen doplní.

Colleagues from the accessories department also advised about rmatur, etc. I can say for myself that it is a good store with nice people and I will continue to be happy to shop here. The showroom regarding faucets, washbasins, toilets, etc. is sufficient and the rest of the comprehensive catalog will only add to everything.
