★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po ochutnání kozích sýrů v restauraci u Bílého jednorožce v Třeboni (kam farma Jakubka dodává výrobky) jsme se rozhodli, že se musíme přijet na kozí farmu podívat - sýry byly skvělé.
Po ne úplně příjemném telefonickém hovoru s mužem, který se nepředstavil, jsme si domluvili termín návštěvy. Navečer jsme dorazili na místo. Přivítal nás ten samý muž slovy: "Počkejte na ženu, já o tom nic nevím." a odešel. Paní Matoušková po chvilce přišla s tácem se třemi druhy sýrů. Koupili jsme skoro všechny zbylé sýry. Následovalo rozloučení: "Nepůjdu vás vyprovodit, zvládnete to sami?"
Osobně mohu srovnat přístup farmářů z jiných farem jak z Čech, tak z Rakouska, Itálie, Německa... Kromě možnosti ochutnání sýrů, které nabízeli, jsem vždy dostal alespoň krátkou prezentaci výrobků a nikdy jsem neměl pocit, že svým nákupem obtěžuji.
SUMA: Zcela jistě doporučuji výrobky z farmy Jakubka, sežeňte si je ale jinde, než na farmě samotné.
After tasting goat cheese in the restaurant at Bílý jednorožce in Třeboň (where the Jakubka farm supplies products), we decided that we had to come to see the goat farm - the cheeses were great.
After a not entirely pleasant telephone conversation with a man who did not introduce himself, we agreed on a date for the visit. We arrived at the place in the evening. The same man greeted us with the words, "Wait for the woman, I don't know anything about that." and left. After a while, Mrs. Matoušková came with a tray with three types of cheese. We bought almost all the remaining cheeses. A farewell followed: "I'm not going to escort you, can you do it yourself?"
Personally, I can compare the approach of farmers from other farms from the Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Germany ... In addition to the opportunity to taste the cheeses they offered, I always got at least a short presentation of products and I never felt that I bothered with my purchase.
SUM: I definitely recommend products from the Jakubka farm, but get them somewhere other than on the farm itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kozí farma zde již cca rok není. Přes plot lze vidět lamy či osly… také fajn, ale kozí výrobky zde již nepořídíte… :-(
The goat farm has not been here for about a year. Over the fence you can see llamas or donkeys… also nice, but you can not buy goat products here… :-(
