★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used them for bike servicing, and found them very helpful and very good quality of service.
English and German spoken by some staff.
They didn't push unnecessary things/accessories, and even suggested it wasn't necessary to replace parts.
They washed and cleaned the bike amazingly..
They are not the most cheapest but definitely much better quality. I have a family, all with 2nd hand bikes, and now they work soooo much better.

Professional staff with bike experience.
Some items are bit overprice in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, fast and precise diagnostics of the problem. They explain all the procedures needed. Service was fast and everything went as agreed upon beforehand. Alhough after I got my bike back after the repair, I had to return back the next day because of oil leak from the front fork, I would still recommend this service. Another advantage is its location, Krabcycles right on the main bikeroute and the tram stop is near as well.

I originally gave only one star for this business. But after speaking to the manager, I changed it to five stars.
