Je krásné připomenout si mince z našeho mládí. Druhá část je věnována temnější části našich dějin. Těžbě uranu. We visited the museum as part of a relaxing stay. We love the history of our country. The history of minting is beautifully visible in the museum. It is beautiful to remember the coins from our youth. The second part is devoted to the darker part of our history. Uranium mining.

Exponáty muzea zahrnují veškeré oblasti života v Jachymove a jeho historii, od těžby stříbra, ražby mincí přes kulturu a zemědělství, lázeňství až v těžbě uranu a gulagu pro politické vězně. Krásné udělané, zajímavé, obsáhlé! Vstup je zdarma.v rámci Karlovy Vary Card. The museum has a worksheet for children, which is very motivating. The museum's exhibits cover all areas of life in Jachymov and its history, from silver mining, coinage through culture and agriculture, spas to uranium and gulag mining for political prisoners. Beautiful done, interesting, extensive! Admission is free. Within the Karlovy Vary Card.
V	Veronika Š on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muzeum jsme navštívili proto, že jsme chtěli "zabít" čas před návštěvou štoly. Až při procházení jsme zjistili, že je na co se dívat a času by se hodilo o dost více. Muzeum ma sbírky pěkně a logicky postavené. Dostali jsme i papír s úkoly pro děti, což je dostatečně zabavilo. Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposledy. We visited the museum because we wanted to "kill" the time before visiting the gallery. It was only while browsing that we discovered that there was something to look at and that time would be much more useful. The museum has collections nicely and logically built. We also received a paper with assignments for the children, which amused them enough. We certainly weren't here for the last time.

Doporučuji po prohlídce zajít do Cafe 1516 na prohlídku původní stříbrné stoly z 16 století a skvele kávy. Great exhibition of both mineralogy and silver and coinage. After the tour, I recommend going to Cafe 1516 for a tour of the original silver tables from the 16th century and great coffee.
