House "By the Lamb", or "By the Three Chalices" is originally Gothic, later modified and enlarged in Renaissance style. It´s present-day partially Baroque appearance dates back to 1726, while modern appearance after 1942. The core of today's four-winged palace building consists of two connected gothic houses from the 14th century, preserved in vaulted cellars at Husova Street, as well as in the perimeter walls and partially on the first floor. In the second half of the 16th century the pallace was owned by the Berka family of Dubá, after which the owners was also Kaplíř family of Sulevice (until 1620). The Renaissance rebuilding of that time completely shattered extensive baroque rebuilding.
