good place to stay... For short trip or long trip... Easy to have access to near by centrum... Food options around the place...good choice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old brewery with one wing converted into a hotel. Rooms are comfortable, but the kicker is the restaurant. The food is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, the beer comes from the brewery... and thry are all very cheap. Give it a try, even if you can't book a room here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had better food for that price. We went there with no expectations but it has surprised us immensely. We've got a starter (beef tartare) main dish, soup and a dessert at the end. Words cannot describe how good the food was. We were barely to walk when we have finished all of that we've ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation and hotel staff was OK, however, the restaurant service has some really strange manners. I asked dry toasts (instead of fat ones) with my steak tartare, and was told that they are unable to make dry toasts, they can make only the fat ones!!! It was obviously a lie, because when I came for breakfast the next day, there was a toaster on the self-serving table for everybody so that the people could make dry toasts as usual... Travelling through around 70 countries worldwide, I never experienced anything like this. I wonder how it is still possible 30 years after the communism fall. Perhaps it still did not fall in minds of some people, but these should definitively not work in tourism business then. Two stars are owed to the hotel staff, but the restaurant staff deserves hardly one star for such attitude (as the beer was OK, at least). In total: 3/5. This problem is easy to solve so that they could get 5/5 the next time.
