★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kubistická vila na území bývalého cukrovaru v Litoli je architektonickým unikátem . Byla projektována Emilem Králíčkem pro rodinu generálního rady Jindřicha Beniese. Byla obklopena velkou zahradou, z níž zbyla malá část. Cukrovar byl zbourán a vila dnes chátrá, ale sdružení za její záchranu se pokouší o její obnovu.
The Cubist villa in the former sugar refinery in Litoli is an architectural unique piece. It was designed by Emil Králíček for the family of the General Council of Jindřich Benies. It was surrounded by a large garden, leaving a small part. The sugar factory was demolished and the villa is dilapidated today, but the association for its salvation is trying to restore it.

At first glance, the unique Cubist villa is especially interesting for its striking façade and also its flat roof. It is also referred to as the "Sugar Mill Villa", because it was built for the owners of the local sugar factory. The author of the project was the Czech Art Nouveau and Cubist architect and builder Emil Králíček (October 11, 1877 - March 26, 1930). ... The villa is listed.
