For sure I can specify the problems which have occured during our stay. The first thing is the so called "extra bed", if you can use such an expression for the matress laying down the other bed. for almost 3000 CZK a night......ok, back to service and food. Pizza with mushroom - 4 miniature pieces of mushrooms about 2-3mm wide added to ham pizza after complaint. Mine salad wasn,t any better. No goat cheese (was supposed to be with) but a tremendous amount of a cranberry jam, really everywhere......But at least we got a dinner, which was impossible the next day, when all the staff was standing in the middle of the restaurant and not even noticing the guest. Mr. VP was passing by without helping.....oh, and now the breakfast. No milk, no ham, a few pieces of cheese, ok you try to reach milk, two waitresses replied I don,t know where is milk, I would suppose at kitchen. Etc. Etc. Does not make sense to mention everything, we even don,t have the invoice by now, even it was promised by reception to be sent by mail. The quality is not good now, Mr.Vávra, you better belive me, I travel a lot the past 25 years all over the world. ....and your attitude to guests is showed by zero ability to even write my czech surname right.

M	Milan Blazek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malevil is great idea and great resort. Overall you will find everything there. Nevertheless my rating is about golfcourses and what is linked to it. Will start with reception. Since first time you will get great service, they have good proshop and checking for the game is really fast. What I want to HIGHLIGHT is that you can take stroller and dog on the course. Obviously you need to behave and follow the rules. Course itself is not difficult there is many OB and water. At this moment quality of the grass is nothing special due the hot summer, but greens and teeboxes are well maintained. Fairways are bit damaged. From heat and from wild animals. Do not expect any special design, course is not difficult, wide fairways, large greens. Do not expect there much quiet atmosphere as the course is loud rather than quiete. It is course which family oriented and kids are welcome here. After game I suggest the 19th hole with good food and lot of space to eat. Prices are bit higher since the resort is favorite for Prague citizens and foreigners. It is average value for your money.
