Z	Zuzana Valerie Bartoňová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 24.3. jsem objednala a zaplatila.I přes to, že je nouzový stav, mají uvedeno že budou odesílat během 3-7 pracovních dnů, poslali po 8 dnech e-mail, že bude odesláno během týdne. Po 20 dnech od objednávky teda hurá a teoreticky jsou látky na cestě. E-shop vůbec nekomunikuje. Nedoporučuji. Mám celkem obavu jak zboží chodí za normální situace. On 24.3. I ordered and paid. Despite the fact that it is an emergency, they have stated that they will send within 3-7 working days, sent after 8 days an email that will be sent within a week. So 20 days after the order, hooray and theoretically the fabrics are on the way. The e-shop does not communicate at all. I do not recommend. I'm quite worried about how the goods go under normal situations.
M	Monika Tomko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejsem spokojena. Nedoporucuji. Je to 3 tydny, kdy jsem objednala, obratem ihradila. Na strankach byla informace, ze odesilaji 3.-7. den po pripsani platby. Na email s urgenci nemam odpoved. Latky jsem chtela na darek pro syna k narozeninam, ty jsou dnes a latky nikde, ani odpoved na email. Chapu, ze soucasny mimoradny stav muze byt komplikaci, ale proto jsem objednavala tam, kde na strankach deklarovali odeslani driv nez za 2 tydny jako jini. I am not satisfied. I do not recommend. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered, immediately paid. There was information on the pages that I was sending 3.-7. the day after crediting the payment. I have no reply to the urgency email. I wanted cloths for a gift for my son's birthday, they are today and cloths are nowhere to be found, not even a reply to an email. I understand that the current state of emergency may be a complication, but that's why I ordered where the site declared the sending of the earlier than in 2 weeks as others.

Žádala jsem o navrácení peněz za nedodani zboží, ale bohužel bez odezvy. NAPROSTO NEDOPORUČUJI!!!! Unfortunately, I have to add to the negative review. Hromadně rozeslaný e-mail , že budou objednávky do konce týdne či nejdéle začátkem příštího týdne odeslané. Po dalších 15 dnech stále nic... pokoušela jsem se objednávku stornovat, ale komunikace také žádná. Nejlepší už bude nechat to řešit vhodné orgány, protože podle recenzí i na jiných webech nejsem jediná... Catastrophe! Substances ordered months ago still did not arrive and no communication! O to víc mě mrzí, že jsem u tohoto e-shopu nakoupila látky na roušky, které šiji zdarma pro potřebné ... Rozhodně nedoporučuji. I ordered and paid for the veil fabrics on March 31st, to this day without a response, they do not respond to emails, they have a busy phone. I am all the more sorry that I bought fabrics for veils from this e-shop, which I sew for free for those in need ... I definitely do not recommend.

Kvalita je fakt úžasná, lepší než povlečení Disney,které mi přišlo pro dceru za 650kc. Jediné, co jsem zapomněla, je ušít povlečení o 5-10 cm větší. Povlečení se šije větší než samotná peřina a to mi nedošlo. Ale nevadí. Příště, až budu potřebovat povlečení,tak jedině tady. Zadala jsem objednávku a druhý den posláno. Takže za mě super.. I'm absolutely thrilled. I had the baby bedding sewn with Spiderman on a 90 200 duvet. The quality is really amazing, better than the Disney bedding that came to my daughter for 650kc. The only thing I forgot is to sew the sheets 5-10 cm larger. The sheets are sewn bigger than the duvet itself and I didn't realize that. It does not matter. Next time I need bedding, only here. I placed the order and sent the next day. So great for me ..

Dávám sem tuto recenzi, protože doufám, že díky tomu se mi paní ozve a konečně odpoví na moje dotazy, kdy se asi tak mohu dočkat vrácení platby za svoji objednávku. Platbu 4000 Kč jsem provedla okamžitě po obdržení emailu, že objednávky vyřizují rychle a odesílájí co nejdříve. Už je to téměř měsíc a na žádný můj email s dotazem nebylo odpovězeno. Látky jsem potřebovala na roušky a pochopitelně už jsem musela nakoupit jinde a bez problémů. Žádala jsem o storno objednávky a opět bez odpovědi. Všichni prodejci látek toho teď mají hodně a nikde nejednají tak jako zde. Komikace se zákazníky je stejně důležitá jako odesílání zboží nebo jeho kvalita a tady to opravdu hodně vázne. Netlačím na rychlé odeslání, prosím o vrácení platby a to je práce na 5 minut. Nakonec, po několika emailech bez odpovědi a zhruba dvou měsících, se mi platba bez jakéhokoliv vyjádření vrátila. Děkuji. Paní majitelka se ozvala až když chtěla vědět, jestli změním recenzci :-) I am very dissatisfied. I made the payment of CZK 4,000 immediately after receiving the email that they process orders quickly and send them as soon as possible. It's been almost a month and none of my emails have been answered. I needed fabrics for veils and, of course, I had to buy them elsewhere and without any problems. I asked to cancel the order and again without an answer. All substance dealers now have a lot and nowhere do they act like here. Communication with customers is as important as sending the goods or their quality, and here it really gets a lot stuck. I'm not pushing for a quick shipment, please get a refund and it's a 5 minute job. Finally, after several unanswered emails and about two months, my payment returned without any comments. Thank you. The owner did not speak until she wanted to know if I would change the reviewer :-)
