★ ★ ★ ★ ★ otřesná zkušenost tato firma a jejich zaměstnanci jsou opravdu neschopni, nejlepe aby jim člověk dal peníze dopředu aby už nemuseli reagovat na reklamaci,nebudu psat co všechno bylo špatně protože to byla zoufalost, opravdu hodne velka fušeřina, dedoporučuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi pět slíbených termínů p. Jahoda bez omluvy nedodrzel, dnes se omluvil tak, že mi poslal foto husy na talíři a že to prý dnes odpískal. Víc asi není třeba dodávat. Nikdy víc!!!!!

firma Jahoda má dobré internetové stránky ale chování k zákazníkům je na horší úrovni. Když si je objednáte na konkrétní den, může se vám stát že vůbec nepřijedou.. čekal jsem na ně na chalupě tři hodiny, sms nemá cenu nereagují !! Když jsem je chtěl objednat znovu, paní jednatelka nezvedala telefony a ozvala se mi večer v pět hodin, že má nepřijatý hovor .... volal jsem šestkrát od rána. Takže nemohu posoudit kvalitu jejich práce ale komunikace se zákazníky nefunguje a nedokáží se ani omluvit, nedoporučuji !!

Jahoda has a good website but customer behavior is worse. When you order them for a specific day, you may not come at all .. I waited for them at the cottage for three hours, sms not worth responding !! When I wanted to order them again, the secretary did not answer the phone and I heard at five o'clock in the evening that she had a missed call .... I called six times in the morning. So I can't judge the quality of their work but communication with customers doesn't work and they can't even apologize, I don't recommend !!
