★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přesně tak, vezme zálohu, tři měsíce ho nahanite, udělá polovinu práce a pak o něm už rok není slyšet. Po roce si pozvete makace aby se to nějak dodelalo a zjistíte že vše co tady udělal je stejně špatně a celé si to predelavame... Úžasná zkušenost.. Už nikdy více!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná spolupráce a nulová komunikace. Po půl roce co mělo být dílo předáno jsem odstoupil od smlouvy aniž by mi bylo cokoli na stavbu dodáno. Pan Nováček má na sebe exekuce od roku 2010 a při odstoupení od smlouvy zálohu nevrátí a zařadíte se mezi ostatní čekatele jako jsem já. Nikdy bych tohoto řemeslníka nedoporučil.
Poor cooperation and no communication. After half a year after the work was to be handed over, I withdrew from the contract without receiving anything for the construction. Mr. Novacek has been enforced since 2010 and when withdrawing from the contract will not return the deposit and you will rank among the other candidates like me. I would never recommend this artisan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice špatné, po roce se ukázal, v listopadu 2020, a od té doby, stále nic. Mobil nebere, na email nereaguje, pošta se vrací nedoručená. Doma neotvírá.
Very bad, after a year turned out in November 2020, and since then, still nothing. The mobile phone does not receive, does not respond to the email, the mail is returned undelivered. It doesn't open at home.
