Jediná škoda je, že výrobce u kamen zn.Borgholm udělal velmi malý popelník a za den ho musíte Xx vysypávat. Po objednání kamen jsme po jejich vybalení sice zažili šok z poškozených dvířek, na kterých byly hluboké vrypy, na druhou stranu produktový manažer obchodu reklamaci nijak nezpochybnil a nabídl nám několik možností vyřízení reklamace. Souhlasili jsme s vyzvednutím dvířek kurýrem a jejich opravou, která netrvala více než týden. Dvířka přišla jako nová. Možná by bylo jen vhodnější zlepšit komunikaci a po odeslání reklamačního formuláře zákazníkovi poslat potvrzení, že je žádost v řešení. I can safely recommend the store. Vyrizeni reklamace probehlo tedy v poradku a velmi rychle. Biokrb Romeo krasne hori ( je potreba chvili pockat, nez se rozhori), biolih zakoupen zaroven s krbem. Ihned 1 den potom, co mi došel tento biokrb jsem volal a kontaktoval jelikož opravdu neodpovídá tomu, jak hoří podle inzerce. Téměř neviditelný modrý plamen. Jelikož jsem již biokrb měl vím, že s tímhle něco není v pořádku. Na zákaznické lince mi řekli, že mají na vyřízení 30 dní. Poté se mi dlouho nikdo neozýval a neodpovídal na email ani telefon. A po vypršení doby mi přišel email, že reklamace byla zamítnuta. Teď, když už s tím nemohu nic dělat. Takže jsem o cca 2000 chudší a bez funkčního biokrbu, a bez lidského přístupu a komunikace.
