Reakce e-shopu by ale mohla být rychlejší. Když jsem já sama ohledně dodání týden předtím volala, byla jsem ubezpečena, že je vše v pořádku, možná si slečna nevšimla, ale i to se může stát. Pravděpodobně se jednalo o chybu dopravce, ale největší zklamání bylo ve stavu, v jakém balík přišel, polorozpadlá krabice omotaná fólií. Celkově jsem z prvního nákupu měla pocit, jako že na mě jako na zákazníkovi nezáleží. The order arrived late - the delivery point was not written, it can happen, so I was called after a week to complete it. But the response of the e-shop could be faster. When I called the delivery myself a week before, I was assured that everything was fine, maybe the young lady didn't notice, but even that can happen. It was probably the carrier's fault, but the biggest disappointment was the condition in which the package arrived, a dilapidated box wrapped in foil. Overall, I felt from the first purchase that I didn't care as a customer.
