Absolutely perfect, they have no competition in the wider area! Free import up to 50km and great prices (better than Smečno feed).

Absolutely unprofessional approach to the customer. On the invoice you pay immediately, they will confirm free shipping - as well as a pop-up message notifying you of free shipping during the order - but they will send you an SMS asking if you will take their goods or not, because shipping will cost CZK 1,500 (!! !), which is ten times more than the usual postage or freight for a shipment weighing up to 20 kg at a courier carrier. In the individual steps of the order, there is information about the amounts charged for transport, but during the process of ordering the goods and on the confirmed order and issued invoice, you are notified of "free shipping - 0 CZK". - see attached photos. Absolutely arrogant, illegal approach to the legal and binding conclusion of the contract by confirming the order - black and white probably has no weight here, and if you respond and demand compliance with the terms of the contract, they will still mark you as rude. Never more… Unfortunately it was not possible to upload photos of screenshots from the order - size of photos :( Very unprofessional approach to paying customer. Free of charge transportation confirmed by seller in writing, however later on they called and asked if the ordered item should be delivered or not as the price for transportation is 1500 CZK which represents about ten time higher charge than usually if cared for by Czech Post or other courier carriers (if max package weight 20kg). Even there is some kind of info about the charges for transportation, during the process you are several times informed about “free of charge transport - 0 CZK charge - see the attached pictures. When you stand up and ask them to follow what has been confirmed in writing they will even mark you as rude person. Never ever again… Sorry, due to it’s size it was not possible to upload the photos of screen shots from particular steps of order on their website.
