★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не об этой именно квартире, но о данном подъезде: если соберетесь снимать тут жилье, учтите, что утром безумно гремят мусоросборщики, т.к. баки напротив двери, толпы не трезвых туристов проходят по перекрестку и орут песни всю ночь, а магазинчик угловой работает до 12 ночи, и его посетители вам тоже не дадут спать. Вобщем, акустика тут - что надо! :)
Not about this particular apartment, but about this particular entrance: if you are thinking of renting a place to live here, please note that in the morning trash collectors rave insanely. tanks opposite the door, crowds of not sober tourists pass through the intersection and shout songs all night, and the corner shop is open until 12 at night, and its visitors will not let you sleep either. In general, the acoustics here - that is necessary! :)
