Poor communication, the shipment came incomplete, even after several warnings lasting 3 months, no one communicates. It was my last purchase. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednavali sme s kolegom tovar, ktory nam nebol dodany a ani nas nik vratane prepravcu nekontaktoval. Museli sme ho nakoniec po cca mesiaci objednat u inej spolocnosti. Po odstupeni od zmluvy nam peniaze ale vratili. Vysvetlenie bolo, ze tovar prepravca prevzal; nam ho ale nik nedodal. Zvazil by som na buduce kontrolu prepravcu a danej objednavky, ak Vas zakaznik viac krat informuje o jej nedodani. Kvitujem vsak vyriesenie problemu v prospech zakaznika.
We ordered goods with my colleague that were not delivered to us and no one, including the carrier, contacted us. We had to order it from another company after about a month. After the withdrawal from the contract but returned us money. The explanation was that the goods were taken over by the carrier; but nobody delivered it to us. I would consider a future inspection of the carrier and the order if the customer informs you several times about their non-delivery. However, I acknowledge the resolution of the problem in favor of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pri objednávke prostredníctvom e-shopu nastali komplikácie (tovar mi nedorazil; peniaze za objednávku mi vrátili až po viacerých urgenciách), ale predávajúci ich nakoniec vyriešil. EDIT: Oceňujem Vaše následné ospravedlnenie a komunikáciu ako aj zlepšený e-shop. Preto zvyšujem svoje pozitívne hodnotenie na 5 hviezd.
There were complications when ordering through the e-shop (the goods did not reach me; they returned the money for the order only after several urgencies), but the seller finally resolved them. EDIT: I appreciate your subsequent apology and communication as well as the improved e-shop. That's why I'm increasing my positive rating to 5 stars.
