The owner lady is friendly and will make you feel like you are in the group of old friends immediately. Zuzana, the young lady in charge of the facial treatments and massage is superb. I wish they are providing her services as "to go" .As far as I know she is there just for summer job, but I wish she is there next time when I am visiting. To the cryotherapy itself, my subjective observations after 5 visits: * improved cellulite * overall better skin condition * more energy in daily life * lesser pain in knees Definitely worth to try it out. No need to be afraid, personnel is there all time with you, explaining everything detail.
