Pan Hodák i jeho kolegové byli vstřícní, ochotní pomoci i nad rámec svých povinností, vysoce profesionální. Firmu vřele doporučuji. I turned to the company for the second time (new apartment). In both cases, everything went perfectly - from choosing the right type of air conditioner to the assembly itself. Mr. Hodák and his colleagues were highly helpful, willing to help beyond their duties. I highly recommend the company.

Chtěli jsme udělat servis klimatizace, kterou nám před několika měsíci instalovali :( According to the information, the company is terminating its activities !!! Firmě Kryoklima, s.r.o. jsem opakovaně zaslal poptávku na zhotovení cenové nabídky na nákup a odbornou montáž klimatizační jednotky. Bohužel jsem se po 14 dnech nedočkal ze strany společnosti žádné zpětné vazby a to hodnotím jako neprofesionální a negativní přístup k potenciálnímu zákazníkovi. V dnešní době pro mě nepochopitelné "jednání". Unfortunately I can't share all the enthusiastic reviews here and the reason is very simple. Kryoklima, s.r.o. I have repeatedly sent a request to make a price offer for the purchase and professional installation of an air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, after 14 days, I did not receive any feedback from the company, which I consider to be an unprofessional and negative approach to a potential customer. Nowadays, an incomprehensible "act" for me.

Recenze nedavam skoro nikomu, pouze tem, kterym se chci odmenit (5) nebo "odmenit" (1). Satisfaction both with the products they assembled for me and with their actions and work. I don't give reviews to almost anyone, only those I want to reward (5 ) or "reward" (1 ).

Přestože jsem se ozvala v pátek odpoledne a nejsem nikterak velkým zákazníkem, od samého začátku se mnou jednali s maximální slušností a zájmem. Všechny mé laické dotazy byly trpělivě zodpovězeny, dostala jsem orientační cenovou nabídku a mohla jsem ihned domluvit termín návštěvy i montáže. Vše se nakonec podařilo zrealizovat v neuvěřitelně krátkém termínu, od počátku do konce zkrátka nenajdu jedinou chybičku. Klimatizace je krásná a výkonná, poprvé se v paneláku těšíme na parné léto. Ještě jednou děkuji za vstřícné a profesionální jednání a přeji hodně spokojených zákazníků! I approached Kryoklima third. And after the first phone call with Mr. Hodák I knew it would be the right choice. Although I spoke on Friday afternoon and I am not a big customer, from the very beginning I was treated with utmost decency and interest. All my lay questions were patiently answered, I got an indicative quote and I could immediately arrange a visit and assembly date. In the end, everything was accomplished in an incredibly short time, from the beginning to the end I will not find a single mistake. The air conditioning is beautiful and powerful, for the first time we look forward to a hot summer in a block of flats. Thank you again for your helpful and professional behavior and I wish you a lot of happy customers!
A	Alena Dolezalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuji za klimatizaci, je úžasná, funguje skvěle a je tak tichá, že ji vůbec nevnímám. Příjemným překvapení byla instalace; pánové byli nejen sympatičtí a slušní, ale dokonce po jejich práci zůstalo v bytě naprosto čisto! Také pán na telefonu mi ochotně vysvětloval mé laické dotazy. Oproti jiným nabídkám mi Kryoklima ušetřila 15 000,- Kč!!! Jiné firmy nebyli ochotné dát venkovní jednotku pod okno; vedením na balkon přes byt 3+1, kdy za metr vedení se platí asi 550,- Kč, to udělalo rozdíl skoro 10 tisíc Kč. Zbytek rozdílu udělalo to, že technik věděl a nabídl mi, že pro menší pokoj mi stačí menší, tudíž levnější přístroj. Proč to nenapadlo techniky z jiných firem?! Proč technikové z jiných firem tvrdě odmítli dát venkovní jednotku v 6. patře pod okno?! Takže kluci, díky!!! Thank you for the air conditioning, it's amazing, it works great and it's so quiet I don't notice it at all. A pleasant surprise was the installation; the gentlemen were not only sympathetic and polite, but even after their work the apartment remained absolutely clean! The gentleman on the phone was also willing to explain my lay questions to me. Compared to other offers, Kryoklima saved me CZK 15,000 !!! Other companies were unwilling to put the outdoor unit under the window; leading to the balcony through the apartment 3 + 1, where you pay about 550 CZK per meter of lead, which made a difference of almost 10 thousand CZK. The rest of the difference was made by the fact that the technician knew and offered me that a smaller, therefore cheaper device was enough for a smaller room. Why didn't it occur to technicians from other companies ?! Why did technicians from other companies strongly refuse to put the outdoor unit on the 6th floor under the window ?! So guys, thanks !!!

Now they will not come at all. The company is closed and I have a broken air conditioning unit for 6+ months. Horrible.
