Naše firma vznikla v roce 2005 a od stejné doby jsme v Braníku na adrese Branická 60.

Nejsme velký servis , ale o to více času se můžeme věnovat každému zákazníkovi a jeho problému s vozidlem.

Opravujeme a sevisujeme   zákazníkům jejich auta, tak jako bychom opravovali naše vlastní. Spolehlivě, kvalitně a s co nejmenšími náklady, aby naši zákazníci byli spokojeni a vraceli se k nám.

V naší práci  zúročujeme mnohaleté zkušenosti s opravami vozidel, motorek, skůtrů a čtyřkolek všech značek. 

Pro diagnostiku používáme zařízení V.A.C, TEXA a Bosh.

Jsme schopni se postarat i o kompletní vozový park.

Jakýkoliv dotaz Vám rádi zodpovíme telefonicky na níže uvedených telefonních číslech.

Skvely pristup, rychle reseni, objednane soucastky jsou do druheho dne, flexibilita, budu doporucovat. Ve velkych servisech nic hned nevedi, vse je treba diagnostikovat, clovek nevi za co plati. Tady to bylo rychle a clovek vedel, ze za nic nepreplaci. Fakt dorby servis

Asi nejbizarnejsi zazitek za posledni mesice - na dotaz, jestli k nim muzu nechat dorucit nove pneumatiky mi chlapik v servisu oznamil, ze “Z prinesenyho nedelaj” a polozil telefon...

Super přístup. Dobrá cena a rychlé jednání. Otevírací doba je Po-Čt od 8:00 do 17:00 a Pá od 8:00 do 15:00

Ceny lidske, stejne tak i pristup. Nic nebyva zanedbano jako se mi stavalo v jinych servisech. Ferovy přístup.

Zklamani. Dlouha doba cekani na servis, pak velka neochota se podivat poradne na zavadu. Pan prohlasil, ze vsechno v poradku a bylo mu jedno. Zavada samozrejme neodstranena. Navic zazitek stal 500 Kc. Nedoporucuji.
Disappointment. A long time waiting for service, then a great reluctance to look for advice on the problem. Mr. declared that everything was fine and he didn't care. The fault is of course not removed. In addition, the experience cost CZK 500. I do not recommend.

Spokojenost, kompletni prohlidka,nic nezanedbano,vsichni velmi prijemni. Dekuji vam chlapci a chlapi.

Pan Makal si objednal zboží, které si nepřevzal / nezaplatil.. Po více jak týdnu co už bylo zboží na poště se připomínám, jestli je vše v pořádku a obdržím "informaci", že zákazníci zrušili objednávku. Žádná omluva ani snaha kompenzovat náklady s poštovným. Musel jsem se já zeptat, zda tedy poštovné proplatí, což nakonec proplaceno bylo. Teď musím čekat až pošta pošle zboží zpět za další týden. Dušek

Bohužiaľ sa nemôžem pridať k zástupu spokojných zákazníkov. Servis vyzerá moc pekne, pán mechanik sa zdalo že sa vyzná, ale... Turbo mi padalo do nouzoveho režimu a tak som ho poprosil o diagnostiku, po ktorej by sme si dohodli ďalší postup, keďže mám veľmi staré auto a nechcem doňho už investovať. Po pár hodinách mi oznámil, že zrejme je pokazený ventil regulácie tlaku turba, N75, alebo je prasknutá hadicka, ktorá doňho vedie. Za náhradný diel navrhol cenu 3800czk (bez práce), čo sa mi zdalo naozaj veľa, tak som si vzal čas na premýšľanie. Začal som googliť a zistil som, že daný náhradný diel, originál, od výrobcu Pierburg, sa predáva cca za 650-1100czk, kód dielu je 7.21895.55.0, každý si to vie overiť. Preto som pánovi zavolal a opýtal sa, či by som tento diel mohol priniesť a oni by mi ho namontovali, predsa len, ním navrhovaná cena bola 5x vyššia. Na to mi ale odpovedal, že to mozne nie je, že montujú iba svoje diely, inak by nevedeli poskytnúť záruku. Nuž, dobre, chápem takúto politiku, ale to nijak neospravedlňuje tu astronomickú cenu. Myslel som, že sa jedná o autoservis a nie o predajňu náhradných dielov, tj čakal som, že gro ich príjmov spočíva v "práci", nie v "predaji dielov". Moja rada teda je, že predtým, než vám niečo vymenia, skúste si overiť skutočnú cenu náhradného dielu. Ja som ten svoj objednal aj s poštovným za 750 a za výmenu v inom autoservise som zaplatil 800czk. Btw, auto bola vyzdvihnúť priateľka, pričom pán mechanik jej ukázal, čo je potreba vymeniť. Tak som sa do toho najprv pustil sám, ale keď som diel vybral, zistil som, že sa jedná o ventil N18, ktorý nereguluje plniaci tlak turba, ale tlak výfukových plynov, ktoré sú systémom EGR vracane naspäť do motora. Neviem teda, či sa pán mechanik zmýlil, ale nepredpokladám, že by moja priateľka nebola schopná ukázať prstom na ten diel, ktorý je potreba vymeniť, N75 a N18 sú od seba veeelmi ďaleko. Napísal som preto do servisu email, kde som sa pýtal na ujasnenie, na ktorý mi už ale bohužiaľ odpoveď neprišla a to bol posledný impulz k napísaniu tejto recenzie. Chápem, že mechanik mi nechce dávať svoje know-how, ja by som to tiež nerobil, ale asi sa nemá čomu diviť, keď predávajú tak predražené náhradné diely.

After a few hours, he told me that the turbo pressure control valve, N75, was probably broken, or the hose that was leading through was broken. For the spare part he proposed a price of 3800czk (without work), which seemed to me a lot, so I took the time to think. I started to googliate and found that the spare part, the original, from the manufacturer Pierburg, is sold for about 650-1100czk, part code is 7.21895.55.0, everyone can verify it. Therefore, I called the gentleman and asked if I could bring this part and they would install it, but nevertheless, the price suggested by him was 5 times higher. But he replied that it might not be that they only mount their parts, otherwise they would not be able to provide a guarantee. Well, well, I understand such a policy, but that doesn't justify the astronomical price here. I thought it was a car repair shop and not a spare parts shop, ie I expected that their income was "work", not "parts sale". So my advice is that before you change anything, try to check the real price of the spare part. I ordered my one with the postage for 750 and for the exchange in another car service I paid 800czk. Btw, the car was picked up by a girlfriend while the mechanic showed her what needs to be replaced. So I started it myself, but when I chose the part, I found it to be an N18 valve that does not regulate the turbocharging pressure, but the exhaust pressure, which are returned to the engine by EGR. So I don't know if the mechanic was wrong, but I don't suppose my girlfriend would be able to point her finger at the part that needs to be replaced, the N75 and the N18 are far from each other. So I wrote an e-mail to the service where I asked for clarification, but unfortunately I have not received an answer and that was the last impulse to write this review. I understand that a mechanic doesn't want to give me his know-how, I wouldn't do that either, but I guess there's no wonder they're selling such overpriced parts.
