★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poměrně nekvalitní stavební práce, po pár letech bydlení zjistíte nedostatky. Pan stavebník Kubeš patří k arogantním lidem, rád vyhrožuje a komunikace s ním je nepříjemná. Nedoporučuji ho jako člověka i jako stavitele.
 Relatively poor quality construction work, after a few years of living you will find shortcomings. Mr. Kubeš the builder belongs to arrogant people, he likes to threaten and communication with him is unpleasant. I do not recommend him as a person or as a builder.
