When buying a new kitchen, everything in order. However, there was a hitch on import. After constant rushing, x calls a day and exchange of views, they brought me the kitchen after a personal visit. The owner is arrogant, in my opinion a little more fooled liar. I regret the other employees, because working under this person must be hard work. Another thing, I was buying a beige kitchen, I have gray shelves. It will certainly be interesting to continue. Otherwise, I really appreciate the driver and the Mr. in the shop, because the only ones were able to agree Edit ... Kitchen after assembly in other shades, missing internal shelves. It is no longer possible if one stretches 250 km for a booked kitchen for which he has paid a deposit and she is already sold. We called 3 days in advance, when we would take the kitchen specifically, and we were just told that there would be no warehouse worker to help us pack it and take it away, so we took the reinforcement. We demanded the money for the deposit immediately in cash and wanted to pay back the trip, we were adamant, so we got the money. Apparently in the firm, the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, the man in question doesn't even know we're coming for the kitchen, we talked to the woman on the phone. They say they will make a special offer for another kitchen as a compensation, so we are curious. One star for a refund right away.

I recommend the store as such, as far as the kitchen is concerned (I bought a new one), it looks beautiful. Although Polish products have slightly different standards than in our country, for example, the width of boards that have only a 16mm standard is 18mm. Furthermore, there are no legs for the kitchen, so if you have a crooked floor, you are probably unlucky and you probably won't level the kitchen. I simply bought them at the Bauhaus and the problem was solved. But this is not a problem of the store, but the manufacturer. But as a store that focuses mainly on kitchens, I would expect it to tell me everything about the product. However, if you want the kitchen to really fit and look good, I recommend that you take a really professional pro who can handle everything. For that price, the kitchen is really nice and much cheaper than in IKEA and other branded stores. The store as such is quite ok, I answered everything myself and checked it properly after reading the reviews. Everything was alright. One of the lockers lacked handles, which were sent to me by telephone after top appointment, so I have no complaints about this, even regarding communication. I respond to the phone, but with email it was different. In my opinion, it would be good for someone to be really capable there and to coordinate everything, then there would be no complaints and misunderstandings, unfortunately the store is lagging behind in this.

The biggest thief and con man I've seen !!! Kitchen delivered late and incomplete and then just excuses that it will deliver, not picking up the cell phone. This gentleman will lose his life !!!!

Very poor communication. After ordering, just email the "send a deposit" style and no one has responded to any further communication from us (questions about details). Only then did I look at the reviews and thank God we didn't send the deposit.

I have never experienced such an arrogant approach in my life in any store. When I chose the kitchen, they were nice, but as soon as I made a deposit, they didn't want to waste any more time. I arrived for the kitchen two days longer, it was ready on the edge, totally beaten, half the handles torn off, and the worktop had deep scratches. I told the owner that I did not choose such a kitchen that I did not want it. The owner laughed at me and said that he was preparing the kitchen for an hour (10 meters from the exhibited place) and the CZK 3,000 that I paid as a deposit are not enough for his work and I would still have to pay him for the move. I highly recommend choosing a kitchen anywhere else than here! The tax office should take a moment for the company, because the owner does not even issue a receipt.

I absolutely do not recommend, I give the star only because Google does not allow zero. We have been waiting for the ordered line for about 7 months, since the end of last year. Repeated emergencies always only lead to reassurance that it will be serious this week. So the result is that we do not have a line and they were promised to return the deposit, but unfortunately this did not happen. According to other reviews, we have lost a negligible amount compared to the others.

I would like to share with you my experience with the seller. During the summer, we found a kitchen from Kitchen Beroun on Bazoš.cz, which we really liked, so we took a day trip to check out how the kitchen looks alive. When we arrived at the place, as many write here, it is not the most beautiful place, but the staff was very nice, warm and willing to advise us. The kitchen looked beautiful, so we went home with a good feeling and chose the cabinets at home according to our taste. Then we paid a deposit and waited until we could pick up the kitchen. Until then, I honestly couldn't think of looking at the reviews on Google, and the day before we had to go to the kitchen, I just browsed the net out of curiosity and looked at the reviews. At that moment, my blood stopped, because the reviews were absolutely insane, so I was afraid of what would be waiting for us the next day. We were ready to check everything before we paid the rest of the money. The elderly gentleman (current owner) and the young lady were both very warm and went through and checked the individual parts with us on the spot. Uff everything sat. We went upstairs to the office to pay and there was no going back. I couldn't help but feel very good about the master and his approach and the kitchen, I had to ask how it is possible that they have such a bad rating on Gooql and I was told that the company used to belong to my son, which put her in trouble and caused her a lot of problems, and her father (an elderly gentleman) is now trying to put the company together, as it was well underway at the beginning. I apologize for the giant style, but I was really very satisfied and I'm glad I wasn't scared of the review, even though it was small. We are very satisfied with the kitchen, although it comes from Poland, but we do not mind at all and especially the price is absolutely great, so for me 5 stars and I attach a photo of the kitchen. :)
