Ale urcite ne u Oresi. Tam plati "za hodne penez, malo muziky a na kratkou dobu :-(" Beautiful showroom, but ... unfortunately the quality is very poor, the kitchen is 12 years old, the veneer is peeling off on the edges of the doors and cabinets, it is practically for buying a new kitchen. Byli jsme hlavně příjemně překvapeni krátkou lhůtou dodání kuchyně (když jsme poptávali kuchyň v jiných prodejnách, nabídli nám zhotovení třeba až za půl roku). Spolupráce s paní Hankou na prodejně byla velmi milá, snažila se nám vždy vyjít vstříc a nacházet varianty podle našeho přání i rozpočtu. Vždy poslala i několik návrhů vizualizace, ze kterých jsme mohli volit. Montáž kuchyní proběhla také velmi profesionálně, dokonce si po sobě uklidili :) I když se vyskytl drobný problém s vadným dílem, vše v brzké době dodali a opravili. Nezbývá než říct – děkujeme, vaří se nám skvěle :) We are very satisfied with the services of Oresi Pardubice. We already had two kitchens made here. We were mainly pleasantly surprised by the short delivery time of the kitchen (when we requested a kitchen in other stores, they offered us construction in half a year, for example). The cooperation with Mrs. Hanka at the store was very nice, she always tried to meet our needs and find variants according to our wishes and budget. She always sent several visualization proposals, from which we could choose. The assembly of the kitchens was also very professional, they even cleaned up after themselves :) Even though there was a small problem with the defective part, everything was soon delivered and repaired. All that remains is to say - thank you, we are cooking great :)

Dne 1.4.22, jsem byl domluven na schůzce v Pardubicích, ohledně rekonstrukce koupelny. Po této schůzce již manželka rezignovala a řekla, že si vše obstaráme raději sami. Schůzka byla prakticky o ničem, pouze ztracené dvě hodiny času. Při zpáteční cestě, jsem na Poděbradské 355 v Pardubicích, zaznamenal logo ORESI. Manželka již nechtěla slyšet o žádném koupelnovém, ani kuchyňském studiu. Nakonec jsem ji dokázal přesvědčit a můžeme s klidným srdcem, pouze doporučit. Prodejna ORESI vše v tento den otočila o 360 stupňů. Při vstupu nás přivítal usměvavý pracovník prodejny pan Černota. Vystavené kuchyně nás oslovili, výklad a informace pana Černoty, ohledně značky ORESI a jejich produktů, byl vyčerpávající. Byl vypracován první návrh kuchyně a následně domluven další termín schůzky, ke konečnému schválení a vypracování smlouvy. Tuto sobotu jsme se se sešli v prodejně k podpisu, byla zde přítomna i vedoucí prodejny paní Čurillová. Už nám je jasné, proč pan Černota je velkým profesionálem a ví, jak reprezentovat tuto značku. Spolu s paní Čurillovou, tvoří sehraný tým. Poradí, jsou nevtíraví, a hlavně ví o čem hovoří, což je v dnešní době vzácné. Ještě jednou velký dík, velká pochvala a naše doporučení. The wife no longer wanted to hear about any bathroom or kitchen studio. In the end, I was able to convince her and we can only recommend with a calm heart. The ORESI store turned everything 360 degrees on this day. Upon entering, we were greeted by a smiling store employee, Mr. Černota. The exhibited kitchens appealed to us, the explanation and information of Mr. Černota regarding the ORESI brand and their products was exhaustive. The first draft of the kitchen was prepared and then another date of the meeting was agreed, for final approval and elaboration of the contract. This Saturday we met in the store to sign, the store manager, Mrs. Čurillová, was also present. It is already clear to us why Mr. Černota is a great professional and knows how to represent this brand. Together with Mrs. Čurill, they form a well-coordinated team. They advise, they are unobtrusive, and most importantly they know what they are talking about, which is rare nowadays. Many thanks again, great praise and our recommendation. M	Miroslav Pekárek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuchyňské studio Oresi v Pardubících bych chtěl doporučit všem, kteří hledají velmi ochotný a vstřícný přístup při realizaci kuchyně. Vedoucí prodejny paní Čurillová je opravdovým profesionálem a má vše pod kontrolou od počátečního návrhu až po samotnou realizaci. Během mé první návštěvy jsme byli schopni finalizovat návrh kuchyně, aniž bych dopředu věděl, jak má konečný návrh vypadat. Aktivně jsme komunikovali varianty řešení a paní Čurillová vše přímo upravovala v programu na design kuchyní, abych mohl vidět zadané změny. Následně mi byl zaslán rozpis a technická specifikace kuchyně. Vybrali jsme i spotřebiče za velmi dobré ceny. Termín montáže byl naplánován cca 3 týdny po naší první schůzce. Při zaměření kuchyně se vyskytly určité technické problémy v místě montáže, kterou paní Čurillová vyřešila s elektrikářem napřímo, a to takřka okamžitě. Všechny termíny a dohody byly ze strany paní Čurillové splněny bez jediné změny. Dokonce přijela na byt v době, kdy jsem nemohl z pracovních důvodů umožnit přístup pro navezení materiálu a vše zajistila. Velmi si vážím takového přístupu, který v dnešní době není standardem. Ještě jednou tímto děkuji za skvělou práci a perfektní pro-klientský přístup. Subsequently, I was sent a schedule and technical specifications of the kitchen. We also chose appliances at very good prices. The assembly date was scheduled about 3 weeks after our first meeting. There were some technical problems with the installation site, which Mrs. Čurill solved directly with the electrician, almost immediately. All deadlines and agreements were met by Mrs Čurill without a single change. She even came to the apartment at a time when I could not, for work reasons, allow access to pick up the material and secured everything. I very much appreciate an approach that is not standard today. Thank you once again for the great work and perfect pro-client approach.
