★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupili jsme sadu hrnců WMF za 12tis. Už po měsíci se z hrnců začaly odlupovat pokovované okraje. Reklamovali jsme a po dvou měsících nám byly vráceny peníze. Sice poměrně zdlouhavá komunikace s opravdu dlouhými reakčními lhůtami, ale nakonec reklamace uznaná, peníze vráceny. Vadu přisuzuji spíše výrobci WMF. Kulina za to nejspíš nemůže, jen tu komunikaci by mohla zlepšit :).
 We bought a set of WMF pots for 12 thousand. After a month, the plated edges began to peel from the pots. We complained and the money was returned to us after two months. Although a relatively lengthy communication with really long reaction times, in the end the complaint was acknowledged, the money was returned. I rather attribute the defect to the WMF manufacturer. Kulina probably can't blame her, she could only improve the communication :).
