★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Syn kúpil bicikel cez internetový obchod, prišiel s poškriabanov kľukov a zlým čapom. Spočiatku bol problém s reklamáciou a ochotou predajcu. Ale nakoniec bicikel opravili a poslali aj náhradu poštovne. Pri zlepšení jednania pri reklamáciach obchod odporúčam pre dobré ceny.
 The son bought a bicycle through an online store, came up with scratches cranks and a bad stud. At first there was a problem with the complaint and willingness of the seller. But in the end they repaired the bike and sent a replacement to the post office. When improving complaints handling I recommend the store for good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximálna spokojnosť s týmto obchodom. Rýchle doručenie kola na Slovensko bez problémov. Obchod reagoval a komunikoval na objednávku a dotaz aj počas dovolenky. Môžem len odporúčať.
Maximum satisfaction with this store. Fast delivery of the bike to Slovakia without any problems. The store responded and communicated to the order and inquiry even during the holidays. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odpálit zákazníka větou "rozbijte si to sám" při koupi duší na kočárek je opravdu neprofesionální. Divím se, že dva cykloshopy a servisy takhle blízko u sebe dokážou dlouhodobě přežít. Přes ulici VondrBike neporovnatelný (o mooooc lepší) přístup.
It is really unprofessional to detonate a customer with the phrase "smash it yourself" when buying souls on a stroller. I am surprised that two bike tracks and services close together can survive in the long run. Via VondrBike unmatched (o better) approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá obsluha. Kolo jsem objednal přes internet a jenom jsem si ho na prodejně vyzvednul. Bylo seřízené a připravené na jízdu. Palec nahoru.
Great service. I ordered the bike online and just picked it up at the store. It was adjusted and ready to ride. Thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupoval som bicykel asi tri dni dozadu, dodanie bolo rýchle, ale bol tam hlboký škrabanec a celkovo prehadzovačka rozhasená, plus zadné koleso malo osmičku, žiadna výstupná kontrola bicykla a info pre zákazníka aj keď som volal. Museli si to všimnúť lebo krabica už nebola originálna. Dosť ma to zamrzelo, bicykel nebol lacný tak dávam veľke mínus..
I bought the bike about three days ago, delivery was fast, but there was a deep scratch and overall the derailleur was out, plus the rear wheel had an eight, no output check of the bike and info for the customer even though I called. They must have noticed because the box was no longer original. It froze me a lot, the bike was not cheap so I give a big minus ..
