★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Erfahrung in anderen Hotels in Franzensbad, komme ich nun seit ca. 8 Jahren immer wieder (auch mit meiner Cousine aus London, oder Freundinnen) her. Die Anwendungen sind sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen abwechslungsreich und liebevoll dargeboten. Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen, renovierte Zimmer, viele mit Balkon, Bademantel und Fahrräder zum Leihen. Das Schwimmbad und der Fitnessraum können täglich genutzt werden. Alles in allem ein familiär geführtes Kurhotel mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich werde diesem Kurhaus auch weiterhin "treu" bleiben
After experience in other hotels in Franzensbad, I have been coming back again and again for about 8 years (also with my cousin from London or friends). The applications are very good, the staff friendly and helpful, the food varied and lovingly presented. Cleanliness in all areas, renovated rooms, many with balcony, bathrobe and bicycles to borrow. The swimming pool and the fitness room can be used daily. All in all a family-run spa hotel with an excellent price-performance ratio. I will remain "loyal" to this Kurhaus
