★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé, v cca 12.00 hod. objednáno, už ve 13.00 hod. mi paní volala, v ten den doručeno, posléze došel i mail ohledně doručení, prostě skvělé, rychlé, jde vidět, že se fakt snaží.
Vybraly jsme si květinu, která ale bohužel nebyla k mání, protože jim nebyly dovezeny tyto květiny, paní se omlouvala a hned dávala na výběr z možných náhradních variant, prostě skvělý přístup, za to nemohou :)
Tuto firmu jsem dosud neznala, ale pokud budu mít zase někdy nějakou příležitost, neváhá a vybírám si je znovu.
Great, ordered at about 12.00, already at 13.00 the lady called me, delivered that day, then there was an e-mail regarding delivery, just great, fast, you can see that she is really trying.
We chose a flower, which unfortunately was not available, because they were not imported these flowers, the lady apologized and immediately gave a choice of possible alternatives, just a great approach, they can not :)
I haven't known this company yet, but if I ever have another opportunity, I don't hesitate and choose them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si doručení kytice. Na poslední chvíly, takže už bohužel neměli to co jsem chtěl. Ale paní mi hned volala a domluvili se na kytičce jiné. Ta dorazila včas a moc se líbila, takže vřele doporučuji.
I ordered the delivery of a bouquet. At the last minute, so unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted anymore. But the lady immediately called me and they agreed on a different flower. She arrived on time and liked it very much, so I highly recommend it.
