G	Goat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaplatila jsem zhruba tisíc korun za smuteční kytici. Přišla mi zablácená a s ručně psanou stuhou, to je to, co mě nejvíce mrzelo. Jo a v balícím papíru s motivem spidermana - smuteční kytice! Je to urážka. reakce na vaši odpověď: zablácenou květinu bych vám popsala asi takto: "dekorativní zeleň" byla pokryta roztokem vody a hlíny. Po zaschnutí to vypadá dost nehezky, nikdy jsem se s tím nesetkala u žádné kupované květiny. Lilie ze supermarketu za necelých 200 korun vypadaly mnohem lépe než ty od vás a zároveň si dal někdo tu práci a očistil je od hlíny. Také by neuškodilo mít někde napsáno, že píšete na stuhu propiskou text. Kdyby jste měli na výběr stuhy s již natisknutým textem, bylo by to určitě efektivnější, nežli dát zákazníkovi možnost do pole napsat jeho vlastní text a pak jej pouze opsat na stuhu. To bych si příště napsala sama. Nedokážu si představit, zda existuje člověk, co by v den pohřbu blízké osoby řešil reklamaci kytice. I paid about a thousand crowns for a mourning bouquet. If you had a choice of a ribbon with already printed text, it would certainly be more effective than giving the customer the opportunity to write their own text in the field and then just copy it on the ribbon. I would write that myself next time. I can't imagine if there is a person who would handle a bouquet complaint on the day of a loved one's funeral.

Na to, že jsem objednala květiny v 10 večer a chtěla druhy den dopoledne překvapit kamarádku, tak jsem se bála - ale úplně zbytečně. Květiny přišly včas a byly krásné a udělaly radost, což pro mě bylo nejdůležitější. Mohu vřele doporučit. Flowers ordered for the second time and complete satisfaction again. I was afraid that I ordered flowers at 10 in the evening and wanted to surprise my friend the next morning - but completely useless. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful and made me happy, which was the most important thing for me. I can highly recommend.

Will I use them again? Absolutely!
