K	Kamil Borovička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme kytky na pohřeb s informací, že si pro ně přijedeme na 12tou. Přijel jsem o hodinu a půl dříve, ale květiny ještě nebyly pripraveny. Ok. Maminka objednávala krátké žluté růže. V diáři měli zapsáno bílé růže. Na skladě měli jen dlouhé červené růže. Zaměstnankyně, které tam v tu chvíli byly zpočátku o objednávce nevěděli nic. V podstatě bylo všechno špatně. Čekal bych, že když jim nedošli 3 dny dopředu objednané květiny, tak bych předpokládal, že nám tuto informaci předají, že nemohou splnit danou objednávku a nabídnou alternativu. Ne že se to všechno bude řešit na místě 2 hodiny před pohřbem. Žádná sleva nebyla poskytnuta. We ordered flowers for the funeral with the information that we will come for them on the 12th. I arrived an hour and a half earlier, but the flowers weren't ready yet. Ok. Mom ordered short yellow roses. They had white roses written in their diary. They only had long red roses in stock. The staff at the time at the time knew nothing about the order. Basically, everything was wrong. I would expect that if they did not receive the flowers ordered 3 days in advance, I would assume that they would pass this information to us, that they could not fulfill the given order and offer an alternative. Not that it will all be resolved on the spot 2 hours before the funeral. No discount was provided.
J	J W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše krásná kytice dorazila na čas, bylo vidět že květiny jsou čerstvé a i po 4 dnech vypadají stále jako na začátku. Nemohu nic jiného než vřele doporučit! Our beautiful bouquet arrived on time, it was clear that the flowers are fresh and even after 4 days they still look like in the beginning. I can't recommend anything but warmly!

Dnes ráno před otvírací dobou jsem zavolal a paní ať ani nemusela tak byla velice vstřícná vzala mi objednávku a do 2 hod. jsem ji měl na místě kde jsem potřeboval. Kytka nádherná podle mých představ. Můžu vřele jen doporučit. I can only recommend. I called this morning before opening hours and the lady didn't even have to, so she was very accommodating, she took my order and by 2 o'clock I had it where I needed it. A beautiful flower according to my ideas. I can only highly recommend.

Delivery works great, I needed to change the delivery time and the lady was very helpful, for which I thank you very much. The flower was very nice and professionally arranged.
