★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám rád jejich styl čistého ručně tazeneho / foukaneho skla pro víno. Jejich firemní prodejna je sice trochu speciální, ale najdete i fajn kousky z výprodeje i celé kolekce.
I like their style of pure hand-drawn / blown wine glass. Their company store is a bit special, but you will also find nice pieces from the sale and the entire collection.

Ale možná pro upozornění dalších nadšenců, jako jsem byla já....objednala jsem nádherné skleničky z kolekce Tethys, po umyti vlažnou vodou a nalití studené vody sklenička praskla. Paní ze zákaznické podpory se také velmi neobtěžovala mi nabídnout jakoukoliv kompenzaci a rovnou moji reklamaci zamítla. Je to opravdu jednání, které byste od 200let staré, rodinné sklárny čekali? Byli by zakladatelé firmy v roce 1794 rádi,že takto nešťastně skončí jejich nadšený zákazník?
I'm definitely not one of those who writes reviews somewhere and not negative at all. But maybe to alert other enthusiasts like me .... I ordered beautiful glasses from the Tethys collection, after washing with lukewarm water and pouring cold water, the glass burst. The customer support lady also did not bother to offer me any compensation and immediately rejected my complaint. Is this really the meeting you would expect from a 200-year-old family glassworks? Would the founders of the company in 1794 like their enthusiastic customer to end up so unhappy?
