My mother, sister and rabbit Dusik and I came from Ukraine, from the city of Kharkiv. Yesterday he fell and broke his leg. Today at eight in the morning we went to another clinic, where we were told that they do not work with rabbits. We were sent to another clinic, where we had an X-ray, and were told that we needed major surgery, so we had to go somewhere else. It turned out that our ladybug has two hip fractures and many fragments. Dusik has been living with us for two years, he has never bitten anyone (seriously, never in two years), slept with me in bed, ran outside, went to the toilet to the cage, followed us around the house, played, touched his palm to be stroked… he loves us and we love him very much, so his health is very important to us. KVvet is the only place where they were able to help us, performed the operation at a very good price, and treated our difficult situation with understanding. Dr. Natalia talked to us, explained everything, calmed me down, took Dusik away and gave him away after the operation, when he had already started to wake up from anesthesia. Mrs. Doctor gave all the recommendations, reassured us once again, because the excitement was overflowing, and let us go home. I want to express my gratitude to this clinic, they saved our pet from the life of a cripple ❤️❤️❤️.

Absolutely awful! We came here with a rabbit because of suspected epilepsy and a lump in the leg. We sat in the waiting room for half an hour, even though no one was inside, we just waited for the two experts to laugh, yes, it was VERY WELL to hear through the door. But I would still survive. So after half an hour, the nurse climbed out and annoyedly asked what we would need. Then she went inside again and spoke to the doctor, it sounded like we were completely incompetent idiots who didn't know what a rabbit was, and we still dare to annoy them. Well, in the finals, we knew more than the two combined. At that moment, I wanted to leave. But because of the animal, we persevered. I don't know if this person, who calls herself a vet, just left school or what, but she didn't tell us anything she couldn't logically know, she couldn't even speak, so we understood every other word. The other one didn't even get out, maybe she realized what we heard. It cut me the most when she said that the rabbit's lungs were perfectly fine: D. At the same time, for how long, he was treated for pneumonia and the consequences will unfortunately have it for the rest of his life. In short, one can hear with the ear that he is wheezing and breathing poorly. This lady stated that epilepsy was ruled out in rabbits and that she had never encountered it. A completely unprofessional approach, she couldn't even catch a rabbit so that she wouldn't run away, she would rather put him under partial anesthesia, which of course is not recommended for a rabbit his age. So I could make the diagnosis right at home and not drag the rabbit unnecessarily to the disgusting and completely uneducated woman. Disgust!
