Ordered security doors in order, installation disastrous. Door frames walled obliquely - into a bow, 4mm wider in the middle. In the complaint, I encountered an arrogance that I did not experience. It is also a fire door and only after the threat of firefighters did a turn in the road occur. The next day, the fitter refused to demolish the door frames and only partially cut them out and, of course, tore them off during comparison (not completely - + 2mm), so that when hitting, a hollow space could be heard at the hinges, which he considered normal. After the repair, the door closes itself - they do not remain in place after opening. The door frames were not cast but walled with semi-dry concrete, so no one will break the door (Sherlock) and the door frame will fall out. I do not recommend the company for installation.

I was here after a very long time. I needed to make from two keys into three pieces. And unfortunately I had to come again. One copy of the keys was broken. I gradually inserted the keys into the insert, but no longer turned. ? Take a receipt and mainly throw it away after testing the keys. Nowadays, it pays off. It cost me one key 129, -. Fortunately, I had it and the salesman repaired the keys. But somehow he didn't want to admit his mistake to his colleagues. ??

If the entrance door needs to be replaced, they explained the procedure of creating a design in the configurator, the estimated production time, the date of delivery of the order and the future schedule for the installation of security doors and door frames during telephone communication. We chose the SHERLOCK CITADEL + fire protection system and, according to the information obtained, we created a design containing the approximate size, opening direction and door decor, door frame color, sill material, model of fitted fittings, peephole, type and construction of the insert, as well as the color of the hinge covers. With this detailed printed design, we personally visited the store / establishment in Olomouc, where we planned to verify the quality of processing the advertised material on the site. We also came up with a lot of questions, to which we received clear answers, even with recommended maintenance methods and future improvement options, such as an electronic watch. At the end of the informative and nutritious visit and with feelings of good choice, we completed the order, agreed on the method of payment and the date of targeting the necessary parameters for the production of doors and door frames by an experienced technician at home. The focus went well. An invoice arrived in the email to pay the deposit, which we immediately paid by bank transfer. All that remained was to wait for the approximate date of production and delivery. Less than a week before the deadline, they called us to say that all the ordered material is already in stock and all you have to do is arrange an assembly date. The agreed deadline dismantled and professionally assembled on time without complications and unnecessary clutter. The door with the frames looked elegant, but at the same time durable and safe.
