 Something incredible, on an official day they will keep you waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half despite the fact that no one else is in front of you and they know about you, really strong, giggling for our money, I don't understand who checks them during working hours!

Calling on weekdays and office hours is absolutely impossible.
