★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je mi líto, že musím dát špatné hodnocení, ale pan majitel se zachoval velice hrubě a neprofesionálně. Měl jsem zájem o jednu z jeho inzerovaných motorek. Při prvním telefonu OK, při dotazu na stav přiznal závadu s příslibem, že ji odstraní. Při další textové komunikaci vyplula na povrch další závada (žárovka), a když jsem se dotázal na další závady a jestli je motocykl způsobilý k provozu, pán mi zavolal, vynadal a práskl s telefonem. Takhle se se zákazníkem nejedná, pane Zborník.
I am sorry to have to give a bad rating, but the owner behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. I was interested in one of his advertised motorcycles. At the first OK phone, when asked about the status, he admitted the fault with the promise that it would be removed. During the next text communication, another defect (light bulb) came to the surface, and when I asked about other defects and whether the motorcycle is fit for operation, the master called me, scolded and slammed the phone. That's not the way to treat a customer, Mr. Proceedings.
