★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Marienkapelle im Tiefenloch bei Kaltenbach (nähe Limpach) ist ein Felsenrelief mit zwei Kartuschen und liegt am Schluckenau-Prager Botenweg. Nach mündlicher Überlieferung ist sie als Dank für die Genesung von zwei Kindern von der Pest gewidmet.
Inschrift links: "Zu Großer Ehrre Gottes Und seine schmertzhaft Mutter hat der Christof Austen gewesener Richter in Kald Bach diese Kabele Vom ewigen Leben."
Inschrift rechts: "Mit Patteron Elias Schiefner aus Limbach auf desen Grund und bodden 14 Jnni Anno 1733."
Diese Marienkapelle wird auch Limpacher Kapelle oder Bauers Kapelle genannt.
The Marienkapelle in Tiefenloch near Kaltenbach (near Limpach) is a rock relief with two cartouches and is located on the Schluckenau-Prager Botenweg. Oral tradition has it that it is dedicated as thanks for the recovery of two children from the plague.
Inscription on the left: "To the great honor of God and his painful mother, Christof Austen, who was a judge in Kald Bach, has these cables of eternal life."
Inscription on the right: "With Patteron Elias Schiefner from Limbach on desen Grund und Bodden 14 Jnni Anno 1733."
This Lady Chapel is also called Limpacher Chapel or Bauer's Chapel.
