Very satisfied with the service. Flowers delivered in Canada within 24 hours from ordering and on the time promised. Recipient liked the flowers. A few days later, the same smooth process from ordering to delivering a bouquet to a satisfied recipient in Sweden.

Amazing! Nemluvím česky ale učím se česky. Rozumím a mluvím jenom trochu. There was a problem with the flowers so they called me. The lady (wish I would've gotten her name) switched to English once I told her I didn't speak Czech well. She was extremely polite and very kind. We easily got everything sorted out and the delivery was made on time. I highly recommend their services!

Fabulous! I ordered some flowers very late in the evening and they got them delivered following day in the morning. I am usually somewhere around the world and it is difficult to remember the exact time in Czech Republic. But these guys do their job in a perfect manner. I have been using their services for a long time. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I was NOT satisfied with your service. You LIED about the delivery time, you delivered LATE and the bouquet was INCOMPLETE. I ordered for Mother's Day flowers at your website. Nothing cheap, a medium priced bouquet. It did say due to higher demand you cannot offer a specific time slot for delivery and that the flowers can be delivered anytime between 9am and 8pm. Understood. On Sunday 8.5.2020 at 17.22 I received a confirmation email about the delivery of a bouquet. I was a bit disappointed about the late-ish delivery time (I had experience from previous years when similar online services didn't let choose the delivery time but still managed to deliver in the first half of the day more or less) but I was happy it worked. I picked up the phone and called mom to see if she liked the flowers. What a surprise it was to find out she didn't receive anything! I tried calling the number in the confirmation email, but couldn't get through. It was busy for a while, so I tried again. Even though the phone started ringing normally, no one picked up. Quite upset, I wrote an email asking for a refund. After a short while, a lady called from a completely different number. Put nicely, I think she tried to apologise but I didn't get an apology. It was more likely an explanation that someone had mistakenly sent me a confirmation email and that they had a lot to do and that they would definitely deliver the flowers very soon. When I asked why no one answers the phone, she told me that they were talking to other clients. Then she hung up on me. It's obvious that Mother's Day is a busy day for you. I understand that you can not be specific about the delivery time. But the fact that you delivered the bouquet for my elderly mother at half past seven in the evening, ie only half an hour before the announced end of delivery time, that I will not forgive you. I send flowers to my mother every year, and although it is never possible to determine the exact time of delivery, it NEVER happened that LATE! My mother is 85 years old. I don't know how many more years I will have with her. In addition, her son, my brother, passed away two months ago. It was very important to me that she would enjoy this day. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise for her but thanks to your faulty email, I revealed everything and not only that, I kept her waiting for it until the late evening. So thank you for everything. Jan Bernat P.S. As part of the ordered bouquet should be "solidago" - small yellow flowers. It is both in the photo and in the description of the bouquet on your website. However, in the bouquet my mother received was nothing of that sort. (I am attaching a photo).

Ordered funeral wreath to be delivered to the ceremony. Service and communication was excellent. Didn’t have a chance to see the wreath so can’t comment on that but everything else was easy and professional. Thank you for doing an excellent job!
