V	Václav Sevránek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chci touto cestou jako jednatel společnosti NĚŽIN spol, s.r.o., a jako bývalý obchodní partner výše uvedené společnosti, upozornit na to skutečnost, že pokud láká své potencionální partnery, tak naslibuje vše, ale následně s obchodním partnerem dále odmítá korektně komunikovat, když jsme rozjížděli tuto spolupráci, tak jsem si toto vyzkoušel osobně v nově otevřené trafice na stanici metra Staroměstská, pracovní doba vynucovaná v rozporu se ZP, hygiena práce v rozporu s normativy hygieny ČR, pro výše citované, jsem onemocněl, a na základě oslabení imunity jsem dostal COVID, kdy jsem musel být v izolaci, a následně na PN, tak jsem byl stranou Lagardere nucen pod výhružkou ukončení smlouvy o spolupráci porušit tuto izolaci, a následně PN, s odůvodněním, že podnikatel nemá nárok na PN, což jsem samozřejmě neučil. V průběhu PN mi tuto smlouvu vypověděli, prodejnu si převzali, provedli inventuru bez mé přítomnosti, bez firmy, která inventury provádí, neproplatili do dnešního dne fakturu, s tím, že ji pan Cetl pozastavil, což je v rozporu s jurisdikcí ČR a ani mi neumožnili abych mohl vystavit fakturu novou na cca 9 dnů, protože mi zamezili k přístupu k dokladům, které mi mi odmítli předali. Proto tuto společnost nedoporučuji jako obchodního partnera ,neboť vás považuje za svého vazala, ale nikoli obchodního partnera. I tu jednu hvězdu si vynutí v hodnocení, jinak hodnocení nelze odeslat.
