We couldn't decide which goodies to choose, so we eventually bought them all. Pernicky, desserts, herb syrups (gift from the trip) and chocolates. All tasty and well processed. I definitely recommend it. Selling ladies should be a model for other sales clerks.

Experience from buying Christmas sugar ... my family ordered a few kgs of Christmas sugar in Lahudky near Katka. During the first tasting, we found out that the sugar is moist and soaked, as if it had been outside for some time and got wet or rained into it. When making a complaint on the first working day after Christmas, the owner was very reluctant and argued that we should have tasted it before Christmas. She was not interested in the fact that full boxes of low-quality and inedible sugar were returned to her without being touched. They have no idea what a complaint is, a refund and a dissatisfied customer. The complaint was not accepted because she did not make a mistake. I definitely do not recommend due to poor experience with the quality of goods, and although I would admit that it can happen, I do not recommend this place for shopping, because the owner Havlickova does not understand that a satisfied customer is the basis of business. So one asterisk for me, and if a star could be awarded a star, I wouldn't give a star. Nowadays, owners should respect every customer and treat him accordingly. Negative experience. Like every Christmas, we have a large number of orders for butter cookies, which we have been taking from our confectioner for 10 years. You were the only dissatisfied customer out of such a large number of customers who ordered cookies, on the contrary, we had great and positive reviews of butter Christmas cookies, which we were very happy again as every year. People used to tell us after Christmas how much good and quality candy got on the table. As you know and you were told by me and also by the confectioner Tánia Nečasová, you did not store or store the cookies at the right temperature (the outdoor temperature is really not enough for storage - the cookies are butter), in addition, the lady brought the cookies in a closed plastic bag !! in which you even stored them. I would like to bring the candy to the lady after a long week from the date of collection from the store for a complaint to me (she could contact the lady - the number was stated on the box) !!. Untruthfully and deceptively you state here that you had ordered a few kilos of candy, you had ordered only 2 kilos of candy, ie one box in the name of Mrs. Katolická and not as you state here as Pavel K. which from your point of view was not observed at all. Therefore, your complaint could not be accepted, even in contrast to the fact that you were the only customer who was dissatisfied. Another reason for not acknowledging the complaint was that the lady did not bring candy until the entire last week since the candy was picked up from the store and did not use any of the above contacts. Another reason: food cannot be stored in airtight plastic bags, which is the basis, and therefore this problem occurred to you, the candy has become wet due to its airtightness. Good reviews from customers have been placed on our store over the entire 10 years, which we are pleased and believe we appreciate every customer.
