So far, the doctor was just a consultation and I was very satisfied! The approach of Dr. Lampa and his sister :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor Lampa je opravdu vynikajici ortodontista. Muzu ho jen vrele doporucit. Dokazal mi zuby srovnat behem roku a ctvrt a znami se me vyptavaji, k jakemu ortodontistovi chodim.. Dokonce i moje zubarka si na pana Lampu vzala kontakt pro sveho syna.
Dr. Lampa is really an excellent orthodontist. I can only warmly recommend it. He managed to straighten my teeth in a year and a quarter and they know me asking what orthodontist I go to. Even my dentist took contact with her son for Mr. Lampa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panu doktorovi dávám 5 hvězd, ale díky dnešní zkušenosti a telefonátu se sestřičkou nemůžu hodnotit jinak. Rovnátka už jsem měla několik let zpátky a dostala jsem fixační drátek, který se mi ulomil a trčí mi uvnitř pusy, mám od toho rozřezaný jazyk, je to velmi bolestivé a do toho mám za týden termín porodu. Volám tedy do ordinace, zda by mi mohli pomoci a drátek nějak odstranit/opravit. Sestřička arogantní, nepříjemná mi do telefonu začala tykat, což jsem vůbec nepochopila a oznámila mi, že termín má až na konci července. Když jsem se zeptala, jestli tedy mám chodit s odhaleným drátkem v puse, řekla, že jo, že s tím nic neudělá. Katastrofa..
I give the doctor 5 stars, but thanks to today's experience and a phone call with my nurse, I can't rate otherwise. I had the braces back a few years and I got a fixation wire that broke and stuck inside my mouth, my tongue is cut from it, it's very painful and I have a due date in a week. So I'm calling the surgery to see if they can help me and remove / repair the wire. The arrogant, unpleasant nurse started tapping me on the phone, which I didn't understand at all, and she told me that she had an appointment at the end of July. When I asked if I should walk with the exposed wire in my mouth, she said yes, she wouldn't do anything about it. Catastrophe..
