J	Jaroslav Semerad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, zda jsem na rtéto stránce dobře, ale podle adresy je tato firma dodavatelem skleníku lanitplast pro Mall.cz.Koupil jsem tedy od e-ship Mall.cz skleník lanitplast 2x3 m Kyklop. Tento skleník byl dodán firmou LanitPlast s.r.o Hlubočínská 809 , Sulice. Upřímě mohu říci, že bych se styděl za takovéto provedení výrobku. Části výrobku jsou neobrobené, samá špona, nic neni zabroušené, díly jsou ve stavu jako když upadnou od pily a víc se s nimi nedělá, zabalí se pošlou kupci. Aby se takovýto výrobek sestavil, musí si jej každý doladit, zařezat díly na mírů, aby skleník byl jakš takš schopný sestavení.díry v jednotlivých profilů vůbec nesedí s otvory na dalších dílech, které se mají spojit. Centimetr žádná míra, prostě hnus, To samé je s návodem, návod nesouhlasí se skutečností , podle návodu se nedá skleník složit, např. dveře mají být podle návodu z profilů 14,15, 17 při čemž tyto profily nejsou vůbec součástí dodávky.Nenajít na internetu nákres skleník s čísly profilů,nedalo by se vůbec dveře skleníku složit.Prostě závěrem lze řící, že tan kdo dělá profily skleníků je (když to řeknu velice jemně) flink a pracovník , který by měl kontrolovat výsledky výroby má pravděpodobně velmi silné brýle, pokud ovšem někdo takový v této sro existuje.Výrobky-skleníky je hanba této společnosti. Kdyz potrebujete realnou ukazku, tak jsme dostali misto toho letak.Velmi me to zklamalo. We wanted advice, we arrived at the company store. M	Michal Vlček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednání ve věci dodávky Sauny KARIBU s příslušenstvím proběhla jednoduše a vše bylo dodáno dle objednávky. Problém nastal bohužel následně. Nejdříve přestaly odsýpat hodiny. Nahlásil jsem reklamaci a zboží odeslal k posouzení. Bylo potvrzeno, že reklamaci přijali a že ji uznávají. Nové hodiny jsem ale už nedostal (je to půl roku) a mezitím také přestal ukazovat teploměr, to už jsem ani nehlásil..... Po nějaké době také odešlo spínací relé v saunových kamnech. Poslal jsem fotodokumentaci a nahlásil reklamaci konkrétního komponentu. Odpověď zněla - pošlete celá kamna. Náhradní díly neprodávají, nebo mi to alespoň nenabídli. Nákup od tohoto dodavatele bych si pro příště hodně rozmyslel.
