Nebylo tomu tak - opravdu ne - ušetřila jsem díky zdravému rozumu 2800 Kč, kolik by prý stála oprava. A nic jsme ani neopravovali. Třetí negativní a závažná zkušenost zde v rozmezí 2012 - 2017. I was having trouble discharging the new phone's battery. Reportedly it was a battery load display. It wasn't - not really - I saved, thanks to my common sense, 2800 CZK, what would it cost to repair. And we didn't even repair anything. Third negative and serious experience here in the range of 2012 - 2017.

Oprava trvala měsíc a ve stavu, ve kterém jsem notebook dostal jsem nevěřil svým očím. Notebook od té doby vůbec nefunguje jak software tak hardware. Po měsíci od opravy mi vypadali všechny šroubky které drží celý notebook po kupě. Notebook se přehřívá, občas nejde zvuk, je celý rozpadlý. Takže jestli si chcete nechat zničit drahou věc, tato firma je na to jednička. Upřímně lituji, že jsem si větráček neobjednal sám a nevyměnil si ho svépomoci. Znovu to opravovat k této firmě rozhodně nedám. I brought my 4-year-old laptop to the service with a cracked bearing problem on the fan. The repair lasted for a month and I didn't believe my eyes in the state I received the notebook. Since then, both the software and hardware have not worked on the notebook. After a month of repair, I looked all the screws that hold the whole laptop on the stack. The laptop overheats, sometimes there is no sound, it is completely broken. So if you want to destroy an expensive thing, this company is number one. I sincerely regret not ordering the fan myself and exchanging it yourself. I'm not going to give it back to this firm again.

I had the hard disk changed twice in the service and the laptop was always repaired quickly and without problems. The staff was helpful and kind.

Potřeboval jsem na Aceru swift3 opravit panty a napajeci konektor, plus když už, tak rozšířit RAM. Přístup pracovnika na pobočce v Pardubicích, naprosto super, milé a vstřícné jednani. Notebook do týdne opraven, navic mi volali, ze mají podezreni i na vadný zdroj, tak ať ho nepoužívám a ze mi dodávají spolu s opraveným notebookem jiny zdroj. No nejlepší na tom vsem bylo to, že opravdu dodali a v ceně opravy Mohu jen doporucit. So I used this company based on positive feedback from elsewhere. I needed to fix the hinges and power connector on the Acer swift3, plus if already, expand the RAM. The approach of an employee at the branch in Pardubice, absolutely great, nice and helpful. The laptop was repaired within a week, and they called me that they also suspected a faulty source, so I shouldn't use it and that they would supply me with another source together with the repaired notebook. Well the best part was that they really delivered and included the repair I can only recommend.

Musím čekat na vyřízení reamace a schánět ji jinde. I was complaining about the phone battery I bought here and it was defective. I didn't get another battery or money. I have to wait for the reamation and settle it elsewhere.
