P	Pavel Vlach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za málo peněz hodně muziky. Prostorný apartmán s kuchyňkou, parkování v areálu, venkovní posezení atd. Po telefonu i osobně příjemná komunikace se sympatickým personálem. Bývalá továrnická vila je z poctivých rakousko-uherských cihel, takže na rozdíl od mnoha jiných penzionů není z vedlejších pokojů vůbec nic slyšet. Přilehlá ulice Říční okruh je sice rušnější, ale pokud nepotřebujete chrnět do oběda, tak naprosto cajk. Hodnotím plnou palbou. Lots of music for little money. Spacious apartment with kitchenette, parking in the area, outdoor seating, etc. Telephone and personal pleasant communication with friendly staff. The former factory villa is made of honest Austro-Hungarian bricks, so unlike many other guesthouses, you can't hear anything from the adjoining rooms. The adjacent Říční okruh street is busier, but if you don't need to snuggle for lunch, then it's a tack. I rate full fire.

A	András Gerlits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent two nights at the Villa while at a friend's wedding. I have to say that the place was suspiciously cheap for what it claimed to be. The fact that it advertises itself with 4 stars is (in my suspicion) a deliberate attempt to make you feel like this would be equivalent to a 4 star hotel. It's nowhere near that. This is more like a (somewhat) upscale hostel. While we were there, we observed the following: - There were times when there was no one at reception, so you couldn't leave the villa without a key, of which there was only a single one issued per room. - If there was someone there, 3 times out of 4, they didn't speak English, so they didn't even understand when we asked for a car to pick us up from the railway station. This meant that we had to walk about 20 minutes, in the rain. - THERE WAS NO RUNNING HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS. - The breakfast was a few kinds of cereals, toast, buns and coldcuts. That would be more than acceptable for a hostel, but not somewhere that claims to provide four star service. - My friend was scolded for not knowing the day before if we were going to have breakfast the following morning. I suppose if you adjust your expectations according to the price, it's okay, but it's not the bargain it looks like from the reviews and the self-appointed 4 star rating.
