K	Karolína Jankových on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udělala jsem rezervaci pro 12 osob týden předem (nakonec nás bylo 11), po příchodu nám oznámili, že funguje jen 10 vest, což se nám samozřejmě nelíbilo, takže obsluha svolila a zapnuli nám o vestu víc (což nechápu - byla v tom tedy jen neochota zapnout další vestu, anebo nám zapnuli vestu, u níž si nebyli jistí její funkčností?). V půlce první hry se celá aréna rozsvítila, takže půlka hráčů vyběhla ven v domnění, že už vypršel čas, načež nás obsluha nahnala zpátky, že se to rozsvítilo omylem. Po druhé hře nás upozornili, že jedna vesta celou dobu nefungovala (jednalo se o jiné číslo vesty, než byla ta vesta, kterou nám zapnuli "navíc"), takže ve výsledcích se vůbec nezapočítala (ale hra nám byla účtována i za tuto hráčku). Jedna hráčka si stěžovala, že jí střílí zbraň jen při každém pátém zmáčknutí spouště, načež obsluha reagovala, že tato zbraň je problémová a že musí utáhnout spoušť (když o tom vědí, proč nesjednají trvalou nápravu?). Na webu mají napsáno, že lze platit pouze hotově, takže jsme si před hrou na poslední chvíli běželi do bankomatu vybrat hotovost, nakonec zbytečně, na pokladně byl i terminál. Jinak byla aréna vyhovující, výběr herních módů pestrý, ale servis a funkčnost značně pokulhávaly. I made a reservation for 12 people a week in advance (there were 11 of us in the end), upon arrival we were told that only 10 vests worked, which of course we didn't like, so the staff agreed and turned on a vest more (which I don't understand - it was only reluctance to put on another vest, or did they put on a vest for which they were unsure of its functionality?). In the middle of the first game, the whole arena lit up, so half of the players ran out thinking that time was up, and the staff drove us back that it had lit up by mistake. After the second game, we were warned that one vest did not work all the time (it was a different vest number than the vest they put on "extra"), so it was not included in the results at all (but the game was also charged for this player) . One player complained that she fired her weapon only every fifth press of the trigger, after which the crew responded that the weapon was problematic and that they had to tighten the trigger (knowing why they were not arranging a permanent remedy?). They wrote on the website that you can only pay in cash, so before the game we ran to the ATM at the last minute to withdraw cash, in the end unnecessarily, there was also a terminal at the box office. Otherwise, the arena was satisfactory, the selection of game modes varied, but the service and functionality lagged considerably.
