A	Aneta Melicharová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodnes si pamatuji, jak mne a mou rodinu kdysi odmítli obsloužit, protože prý mají hodně hotelových hostů a nemají na běžné hosty restaurace čas, toto jednání hodnotím jako nepřiměřené (ono zákazník jako zákazník a odmítnout někoho obsloužit v restauraci jen proto, že v daném penzionu nebydlí, když běžně se všichni hosti obsluhují, je docela nevhodné). Pokud číšnice nestíhá, bude spíš chyba na straně penzionu. A obecně zkušenosti s tímto penzionem nic moc. Neuklizeno, zařízení pokojů odporné! Káva celá oblitá logrem, na Wc vám kape voda z bojleru na hlavu, kterej je zasilikovanej nějakým "umělcem"!! Okno zabedněné tak že se nedá otevřít, Neuklizeno!!! Na chodbě prasklá žárovka která byla vyměněná až 3 den po několikatém upozornění!! Obsluha? Žádný zájem, musíte hledat někoho aby s vámi vůbec komunikoval, pokud zrovna nevykuřuje před penzionem!! Myslím že návštěva HYGIENY nebo ČESKÉ OBCHODNÍ INSPEKCE by byla na MÍSTĚ!!!! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED !! Approach of the owner and staff shock! Spaces terrible! Traditional Moravian cuisine ?? Certainly not!! So School Dining !! Not tidy, the furnishings of the rooms disgusting! Pokoj strašný, rozpadnuté postele, strašné vlhko v pokoji, do sprchy se stropu vysela nějaká hadice, ze zdi nám koukali dráty, pozůstatky po umyvadlech, plesnivé madrace. Obsluha děs, začlo nam téct topení, jakmile jsem to oznámili dostali jsem informace o tom že to topení máme zavřít, tak jsme se omluvili a dostali jsem další informaci o tom že ten kohoutek máme někde vzít...takže takhle. V minulosti spokojenost, ale vždy to mělo "nějaké háčky" všechny "háčky" byly odstraněny a nový majitel tady od nového roku udělal neskutečné pokroky! Ohromila nás ta hromada práce, co je na Lateru vidět a po nedávné schůzce a prohlídce celého areálu jsme nadšeni. Majitel i personál je vstřícný. Super! This year we are going to the pension with a large group for the third time. Satisfied in the past, but it always had "some hooks" all the "hooks" were removed and the new owner here since the new year has made incredible progress! We were amazed by the pile of work that can be seen on Later, and after a recent meeting and tour of the entire complex, we are excited. The owner and staff are helpful. Great!

Penzion se díky novému majiteli opravuje. Vřele doporučujeme. Vhodné pro skupiny cvičení aqua a taktéž pro rodiny s dětmi nebo školní výlety či školy v přírodě. Neváhejte. The pension is being repaired thanks to the new owner. Highly recommended. Suitable for aqua exercise groups and also for families with children or school trips or schools in nature. Do not hesitate.
